Oh and Ali.b.123 had a look at your link, the designs you've done are lovely i also especially like the cup one and patchwork heart, well done
and welldone Maria it looks great! i think ill have a look around for some of those 'dictionary' designs
Oh and time to sound like a failure lol im sorry! But at the moment i think i need to put my HAED design on hold, just too many things in my life getting on top of me at the moment so im going to try and find a chart/kit that i can complete in a couple of months with a lot of stitching, so that it keeps my mind off things, will be easier to take into hospital if needed and also I get a finished 'reward' in a couple of months if that makes sense?0 -
Quick update from me, I didn't manage as much stitching as I would've like to this week, though I did finish some more clouds when we travelled up to Leicestershire on Saturday night.
I'm also a FB addict, but luckily I saw the light with regards to the apps available and blocked most of them, but I do play Scrabble (though not very well)
If any of you lovely ladies want to become FB friends too, just drop me a PM and I'll let you know the link. You'll have to just remind me of where I should know you from...:rotfl:
As for UFOs, I'll post a picture similar to Ruth_Honey to show you what I have left, sounds like a good idea. I'm going to stitch all mine eventually. I promise *with hand on heart*0 -
Right here's an attempt at Flikr..........
This was the beginning of the month (for challange purposes)
start point:- if anyone else has done it - yes I have changed the colours, couldn't justify buying more so adapted for what i have.5

I'll try and update with my progress later......................loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -

I know it...it's about a mile away from me!I'm between Barkingside & Gants Hill. We should meet up for coffee...
You know what else is spooky? Whilst going through my stash box the other day, I found out I've also got that Born Free dolphin kit on linen. Small world.
Not long got home from court, so still catching up with the posts. I'm sooo tired. No case today, so just been sat around. WHY didn't I take any stitching with me? I meant to...Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

Cheeky question: Does anyone have any DMC 5283? The Bang on The Door kit has literally only two blocks of this silver metalic left to do, and I thought I was done with the kit, so threw the threads away.0 -
OK, here's my update. It looks pretty shameful compared to the speed others stitch but I've had a book to read for book club by tomorrow AND I have 56 child sponsor letters to write by the end of the month! So while my challenge was probably way too ambitious I am having a good go.
