Ruth Honey, I will click your link in a moment but reading some of the replies you have already had I think I'll make myself a cuppa and sit here with it while looking!
As some of you know I have been putting up updates of my HAED over the past month and half. For the past 2 weeks I haven't done much as I have been back home visiting family and have had one or two events to attend this week. So, Thursday evening I sat down and stitched like a mad woman. Here is my last update.....
then last night after just a day's sewing....
and this afternoon at about 5pm
and finally at about 7pm....I've put it down now until tomorrow evening. I think I've caught up with myself.£2 savers club. No.90. Aim £500.0 -

.... I did ponder if the bike was for the grandma who you had recently lost -but thought it could be for another one (sorry:o).... Well, in which case you can get that bike and the pansies done and hang them and they will make you think of your grandparents when you look at them
- I love pansies too -they look like smiling monkey faces to me (Im sure I could get therapy
)
Im another list maker too :rotfl:I have to have lists... you should see what I'm like when we are packing up to move home  -we are out of the army about october next year and I am "listing" allready :rotfl:
That wedding pic looks lovely and its well under way :T I did us one when we first got married -and we will be on our 8th anniversary this year too!
Well hubby came home from golf fine n dandy, had his roast beef dinner and has developed a dodgy tummy and has D+V -so he is asleep on the sofa and Im avoiding him like the plague-it looks like he has picked up a bug from someone as Im fine n dandy :T
Well I have "treated" myself and have subscribed to slimming world on line *boo hiss* :rotfl:I really need to shift this wobble..Im usually a WW girl but I thought a change might be the answer... I can lose weight easily, but keeping it off is another matter. I doesn't help that I qualified as a chef when I was 17 -love cooking and am a serious foodie
..still at least I have no excuse that I can't cook.... so wish me luck folks
right -enough waffle..... have a great night everyone,,,
It's fine, honestly.
Are you coming to England when you leave the army? If so, you'd better start making a list of the stitch shops over here you'd like to visit. I'll give you a guided tour if you want!
I hope your hubby feels better soon. Steer well clear-you can't miss out on your valuable stitching time if you get ill too.
Good luck with Slimming World. I've not done anything proper like that, although I am trying to shift some weight. Not very hard, I know, but every lb counts. In fact I have a great cross stitch that says "If I stitch fast enough, does it count as aerobic excercise?" hanging above my bed. Wish it did! :rotfl:
I've gotta go and clear off the bed and get an early night. I have jury service service starting tomorrow, so I need some sleep. I'll be awake about 2-3 hours earlier than normal and I don't function well without sleep & coffee!!!!Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

i to am a lister i have even been known to make a list of the lists i need to make lol
i to have done dimensions gold kits and i find them so easy to follow, think the colour patterns help, but i dont think they had presorted threads

craftygranny wrote: »Ruth_Honey I agree with mrs m start with the ones that have the least left to do and the sense of achievment as each one is finished will be enormous. Finishing them quite quickly as so much is done will hopefully spur you on to want to finish them all. You do have some stunning ones and they will be even more stunning finished.
Thank you.Ruth Honey, I will click your link in a moment but reading some of the replies you have already had I think I'll make myself a cuppa and sit here with it while looking!

Would love any feedback-or nagging to start stitching again! LOL!
It was nice seeing your wedding photo so I am able put a face to the name. I got very excited when I saw the Bagpuss kit! I LOVE Bagpuss since I was a kid and have one in my car. When I get my next payment from surveys I might see if they have the kit on ebay.

Ruth- excellent. love that! :rotfl:
Bubbles - she's looking really lovey! you must be proud and slightly blind if you are mostly doing it at night!!
Update - wow this challenge thing is a good idea. i couldnt face the shame of a Second Sunday without actually even starting the kitchen motto!! so i got out all the little bits of graph paper with the words on, re-counted everything, then cut into a large bit of aieda, found the middle and just started. rather scary!! but hey, it's worth a try! So i can update that i've finished planning and have started stitching the kitchen motto!Relax, Breathe, Love 2014 Challenges:Cross Stitch Cafe Challenger 23. Frugal Living Challenger.
