Haven't read though all the posts yet, have been out all afternoon and evening just wanted to say:

MRSM - thanks you for the stuff you sent, it arrived this afternoon. I never realised you got so many of them!! :jThey do look more complicated than in the pic, it will be nice to try out some new stitches :D

Btw - there was 2 copies of one..(Ariel) one sheet looks like an original...I wondered if it had been sent by accident. If you check that you still have your copy, if not I will post it back. x

  • Any chance of a scan to let me see it, i cant afford any of the magazines, if not i'll just have to browse through it in Tesco's or somewhere... um not that i'd ever do that  .

I'm not sure how to scan and then post it but this is the pic I sent in

I knew she had to be yours :T I got my subs copy a couple of days ago and recognised the name. I meant to come and let you know but got sidetracked by illness.

Still no stitching here today, was just thiniking of doing some and now shes awake and crying again.

    back soon

Thanks honey can't believe you knew it was my Piper ! When I showed her the magazine she started running round the back garden shouting I'm famous. The little girl next door was a bit upset as she told her mum she has only ever been in the local paper and Piper had to shout I was on the front page last week!

Congratulations, I had to get my magazine to look and had actually pointed Piper out to my mum saying how cute she was without knowing it was your daughter!

I won't tell her Bubbles her head is big enough !

Managed to get the bottom part of my stitching finished last night I had wanted to do more but my eyes wouldn't stay open so I had to give in. I hope the sun stays out then I can sit out later and do some stitching while the kids are playing.
    Happy stitching everyone.

    Morning ladies.

I got the Fuschia Fairy finished last night :j

Had a struggle with her toes, the chart made them look fat and square so I have done my own thing with them.
Took 2 1/2 weeks to do.

I went through my stash last night and have 3 kits that I fancy doing next so will try and decide today which one it will be :D

    Hi ladies.

Thanks for the kind words, I'm really pleased with myself for doing both fairies in just under 10 weeks!

Ok, here's pics of the 3 in my 'next to do' shortlist.....

I really like the 'No place like home' one with the birds because when stitching I open the blinds on the french doors to let in the light and can see straight out to my bird feeder and love watching the birds feed.

The bloomers one looks cute and fun and the kitchen shelf one I just really like.

    Decisions, decisions...

Well done Shelly on completing the fairy and so quickly too. I love all of you next choices. I think I like the no place from home one best because it's so summery and bright, but then again I also like the bloomers one for the same reasons and I like the shelf one too.....sorry I'm not being much help really:o
