Here is the site Ruth mentioned http://www.yankeedoodle.co.uk/x-cart/ The 'candles of the month' are a fantastic price for Yankee candles and postage is very good considering the weight of some of the candles.
I was looking at the april megapack but hubby said ''to spend £31 on candles is just ridiculous!''

You have learned a lesson there.....

....don't look at the site when hubby is around!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Rofl sorry i see what it looks like . She is only 2 and had cochlear implants fitted in january as she was profoundly deaf . They switched them on in feb and she goes every 4 to 6 weeks for them to tweak the volume levels to give her a little more hearing each time.

As I was scrolling I only saw the first line and wondered where the punchline was. When I scrolled some more and saw it I chuckled out loud! :rotfl:

I ordered this chart on ebay last week and it arrived this morning but they had also included 3 free charts. They have a blog site here with a few more free charts. Some of them are quite pretty and they look easy for any beginners.

Hi Lelc, thank you for these links!! :j I have a bit of thing for the American Primitive genre, and didnt know about this blog or their store. Oh dear, i never thought about American Primitive Xstitch before!! this could be trouble! :D. I also make primitive/folk art style 'dolls' or 'stuffies' myself. And, sorry it's so off topic, but i really wanted to add that last monday I sold my first one - a Raven :D:D.

I left Facebook just over a week ago and I have more time for stitching, so the article has a point. I'm still on Twitter, but that takes up hardly any time. I used to waste hours on FB playing Scrabble or looking at photos. Everyone who is a true friend from FB has my email address if they want to stay in touch.

Feeling really tired this morning. Just having my first :coffee: of the day to give me a kickstart. Think I might try and gather up the fabric & threads for Everyone Brings Joy today.
When I'm done with jury service, I'm getting back into stitching Crisp Afternoon. I *will* finish the blooming thing!!!!

Right, will do my catch ups then get myself going!
