Simac - I have the strawberry one burning now -its yummy :D..... one of my faves at the moment is lemon lavender.... its a really clean but sharp smell.
I find that the smell floats all through the house ...I don't know if its because I have the big jars or not though :o

Right I can't remember who (sorry) -but who ever gave the link to Exspress frames -I LOVE YOU :rotfl:Hubby has just scuttled home with a box -with my 2 frames in :j....they are perfect...such good quality and only 6 days to get to Germany :T
My "forest light" is framed so I will upload a pic in a moment -hubbies bleepin owl is on linen -so needs ironing AGAIN ...
    have a good afternoon all

    Ok -Im back..
here is my forest light -excuse the spare fabric sticking out the back -I have to tape it down ;)
    earthframed.th.jpg
and I have stuck hubbies owl in its frame to see how will look... now I just need to press it -although the wadding behind it helps camouflage some creases :p.

Saw a grabbit at the weekend that was about yankee candles in b&q and someone posted the link.

Glad I didn't see that grabbit. I've promised myself not to buy any more candles until I've used up some of the ones I already have. I do like the wax tarts too. Had lots in a bag by the side of my bed & I could smell them for months-even through the packaging. Mmmm...

Simac-I love the food smells too. Apparently the smell of orange is good for supressing your appetite, so might have to find some of those. (although I did go on the Wii fit this morning-first time in 96 days, so the silly thing told me!-and I've lost 5lb! :j)

MRSMCAWBER-could you please post a link to the frame site? Tried googling, but not sure which one you meant. Thanks!
Forest light & your hubby's owl both look amazing!!!!

Have put some washing on, called my Mum & had something to eat....can I start stitching again now, please???;)

    Here you go :-

    http://www.pictureframesexpress.co.uk/content/delivery/

I was really impressed with them....it cost £57.14 for both frames/mounts and P+P ...which I know isn't exactly cheap -but the frame I got made on camp here for mums "in her garden" cost me €52  and that had a cardboard back (these have hard board) -there was no hanging kit (these have really good quality ones) -the quality has really impressed me -so I will be using them again :T

    LOL - it's one of my UFO's which I started in 2006

It's a great design but all the gold metallic in the border put me off it :o

    I *will* get it done...one day....:rotfl:

That’s actually quite good. I think I’m way up into the 100s. DS tells me off every time he goes on it because my little mii is usually snoring (she’s so bored waiting for me to go back on) :rotfl:. Well done for losing 5lb !
:xmastree:What a splendid idea, this Christmas sounds fun. I fully endorse it, let's try it at once!:xmastree:

    Hello all,

I love all the pics :)

Bubbles - could you tell me how you made those cross stitch frames on the ribbon? I fancy making a couple for my niece!

MrsM - the pics look fantastic framed :T

It seems a lot of you hate using metallic threads - do you use the ones that need separating like ordinary threads, or do you use the ones on the spool? I used to hate using the separating thread, then found the spooled ones (which I think have a touch of lycra in them) so they don't need to be split, and are a lot smoother to work with :) They have saved my sanity many times!
