Went to Tesco's for the first time in months today.

All the steak and lemon sole was correctly priced, but I did get two pavlovas, marked on the SEL at 2 for £3 but charged at full price. CS paid up quite happily, once they'd been to check the SEL.

Only problem is when I opened one up to defrost it for tea tonight, the meringue had totally disintegrated. Do you think it'd be too cheeky to write to CS for a refund? :D

Your statutory rights are not and cannot be affected by Tesco r&r policy take it back and get a replacement or £1.50 refund
Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.

Together we can make a difference.

OK...I've tried..I am about to go to T's so I check here first. If I think there are a few goodies,I might make a note. then i go and....nothing. Once I'm satisfied that there is nothing happening from discussion here I even try to go it alone, but nothing.
Now either Loughborough are dead hot or i'm poo.
    Does anyone have any tips?
I think I would be dead chuffed just to get one but it might get addictive then!

    Hi,

Sorry if this has been asked on here before... I have scanned through the thread and can't find anything.

Does this apply to items bought online?

    Thanks in advance!

First visit to Witham Tescos today, bought three packs of Healthy Ealting Diced Turkey priced at £2.74 on the pack and £2.49 on the SEL

Went to the CS who went with me to the shelf and agreed that the price was incorrect, all very amiable. Got back to the counter and she opened the till and offered me 75p as the difference. What's this then said I, refund of the difference said she, what happened to your price promise said I, we do not do that here said she

After a small conversation pointing out the sign right behind her she changed her mind and attitude. Smile dissapeared and stopped chatting amiably, I seem to have spoiled her day, so sorry
Only time will tell if I am right or they are wrong

This is my first R&R post hope its right!

Bassett's Jelly Babies, Party Babies and Fruity Babies Buy One Get One Free in big box in the middle of the store!

Fruity Babies scan at 98p, but Party babies scan at £1.08.
    Multibuy savings only refunds 98p!
Only noticed this when i got home so will be back tomorrow for refund!

    Hope this was all right!

If you just got 1 of each then the price is probably correct, because you usually receive the lowest price item free on offers like this.

Yes as next poster pointed out you would only get the cheapest free, as with 3 for 2 etc, the thing to look for, is does the POS say all Bassett's Babies 98p or Party Babies 98p - then you're onto a winner, although to be on the safe side just buy them on their own.

    this isn't an R+R

if you'd have bought two party babies and only refunded 98p, then you're on to an R+R

think things through next time!, but, at least you're asking us lot 'ere rather than hassling custard support with false accusations of mispricing ;-)

    better luck next time!

I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)
