Couldn't agree with you any more, it's ridculous that they're showing off with their multiple £50+ hatboxes and condemning the people on here for doing the same

Indeed - I think it's OK if you're part of the Lush forum clique, but if not then you're immediately a money-grabbing chav who is going to flog all their purchases on eBay!!
  • Is it not possible to be both a member of the Lush forum clique AND a (secret) MSEr? I am sure such people must exist :D:confused:
  • i am a member of both!

£24.95 of freebies is really good!especially if you like the products...i've said before theres no point having a £100 Lush Legends box just for the value if you think the products are a bit boring(like me)

I am very pleased with the contents of the Jolly Holly Days box and will use every single one. It contains: 1 Sexy Boy Massage Bar, 1 Too Drunk Emotibomb, 1 Ice Blue Soap, Snow Showers Shower Jelly, 1 Olive Branch Shower Gel, I Sugar Scrub and 1 Rub Rub Rub Shower Scrub.

I've just had a look at the contents of the Legends box and I see I probably would have only found a use for about a third of it. The Christmas Eve box, on the other hand, would have been great, so I'll look out for one of those next year. :D

I was in Belfast and people were very greedy. I was near the front about 5th and the people in front of me had a plan of action. There were about 10 christmas eve boxes and 6 wonderland ones. I thought as I was 5th I would at least get one of those boxes- was wrong. Mrs Moc is right a guy had 6 wonderlands, and the other ladies all got the christmas eve boxes. They were like really greedy. I did manage to get a fairytale and a lucky dip bag, so I am very happy, I just can't believe how greedy people are, I agree there should be a limit or something as it is not fair on everyone else. I was there 5 mins after the people in front of me, so it was not that I turned up late. Just made me feel there was no Christmas spirit today. I am very very happy with my stuff anyhow :) I only wanted a hat box and I got fairytale so happy. Poor people behind me hardly had anything due to people's pure greed.

Out of interest, and so I know for next year lol, what time did you queue at?

I'm not saying this is right, but .....I think that some Lushies feel it fairer for people who visit the store all year to get a good bargain, than those who just come in once a year for the big sale. Having said that, I can understand that LUSH is expensive, and a lot of people can't afford to go in every month.

*eta* Mrs Moc & rcfromni - How on earth did he carry 6 hatboxes!!!?

I am a Lush regular though I can't justify buying a great deal, so the sale allows me the chance to get some freebies and try out some things I wouldn't normally buy. But I really haven't got time to post regularly on the Lush forum, especially as many of the topics are not Lush-related. Just because someone is not a Lush forum regular does not mean thay are not a Lush regular!
  • hey everyone,
