i was wondering this as well. we use aptamil and unlike others doesnt drop in price at all when you go to 6 months+ milk.

not sure which one yet though. mum used c&g for my sis but if sma is the cheapest might try that. dont want to buy big tins though incase it doesnt agree with him. can you return unopened baby formula like nappies?

my friend did but got a telling off from customer service @ ASDA cos they cant sell it again.

Jillie you could try the ready to feed cartons? don't know if its cheaper to buy a few days supply or to buy a tin and chuck it if it doesn't suit though...

I saw someone return a box of milk once but like glam I don't think they're supposed to as its a food stuff and you could have tampered with it

I know, but I'm assuming its going to take a bit more than just giving him a cup of moo milk on his first birthday for him to switch ;)
LOL - you are much more thoughtful than me!! I just intend giving him a sippy cup of moo milk and letting him get on with it :o

You might be surprised - I kept LO on formula until 14 months as we took her abroad and as soon as we got back just gave her cows milk - she never batted an eyelid and drinks loads of it now :) she goes to the fridge and asks for it.

Got her weighed today and she is 22lb 6 oz just under the 9th centile and 25th centile for height so she is still quite tiny.

Don't you find 'puffy' coats like that a nightmare with littlies?
I find they made Chris look like Maggie on the simpsons when she's in her star suit :rotfl: I had to fight against them to get harness on in the pram/carseat so I've never bothered since, in fact I have a red herring never worn one here size 18 - 24mth label still on if anyone is interested?

oh and I got Chris to drink moo milk by slowly by using it to 'water down' his formula. for ages I did a mix coz I worked it that I could make 5oz formula with just boiled water then add 4oz moo milk from the fridge and it was the right temp to give. Also he had it in bottles until past 2yo :shhh: don't tell 'them' :p

oh Jillie have you joined organix? I got a pack yesterday with a mousemat photoframe from them and they do some kind of reward thing if you send them the barcodes from the stuff you buy of theirs (i've not read the blurb yet)

ooh what color did you get?
you'll have to let me know what it's like to use.

oh an I forgot to say I saw a very snazzy Stokke on the mountain on hols, it was yellow with flower hood

A navy and white (cream) - daddy's football colours ;)

I am very excited about using it, but a little sad too...my baby really isn't a baby any more :(

Not sure Benjamin would go for a flowered hood

I have a little coat for Benjamin when we are out and about in the car and then he wears his puffa when he does energetic stuff[STRIKE] with his childminder[/STRIKE] :o
