She has never been like this till the last few months, and no matter how much I tell her its horrid, she doesnt seem to care !!
I have taken to following her to the loo just to make sure she is doing it !!
I showed Erin a blown up picture online of a dustmite, she dusts her room twice a week now! :rotfl:You could find a germ piccy. :eek:Too many children, too little time!!!

I've cooked spag lol in the SC, the whole point in me getting one is that it would essentially be a one pot meal. Sod browning mince first.0

Glam is the slow cooker queen!! Have you seen the thread on OS?
LOL - can I say I told you so!! I couldn't believe it when Benjamin wolfed down the pork done in the S/C!!
Today he had Nanny Ann's Salmon Sandwiches!!
How is the sleeping going? xxx
I did have neutrogena ladies but I found it really greasy! Will try the blue one next time
yes, i'll let you say 'i told you so'
oh, pork, i wondered if that would be any good in the slow cooker. might be my next thing to try (after the curry).
used to look at the OS thread before i had an SC, but haven't much after. go figure.
bless B. he tries so many things. i'm really trying not to let my food dislikes have an effect on what i give LO. it took everything i had to give her baked beans. to me, they should be banned. evil evil things. she does eat them, i dont think she goes massively on them, but will tolerate them.
sleeping is doing well. i could say 'so so', but i am letting myself feel good about accomplishing one thing and not being so hard on myself for not getting it all sorted in one night, which is what i expect of myself but know isn't doable.
we seem to have going down initially sorted, as she did so again tonight from awake (but dopey) within 5 minutes.
she is still waking during the night (the times she doesn't go off on her own) and sometimes she will go off with a few words from me or a pat, but i am at times still having to give her some milk or water.
i'm keeping a diary to see how we are getting on.af - I use a pataks curry paste, half tin of tomatoes and about 50ml of water with meat & veg of your choice.
mjy hands are cracked too pieces cos I wash them so much - I didnt think I washed them that much but I obviously do
ta, glam.
i'll give that a try.
i am most likely to use chicken, but when i did a whole chicken i really didnt go much on the texture.0 -

For exactly this reason I bought the Kandoo soap - the smell is really strong and if you don't wash it off properly it leaves a green mess on your towels. Now DSS knows that I could ask to smell his hands at any given moment!!!MadDogWoman wrote: »MFD - I know it's probably not really necessary, but I don't want to take that risk tbh, I don't want to wrap her up in real life but medically I'm going to do just that IYKWIM, I just went through too much to have her.
Hand Cream - I got DH L'Occitane hand cream for Christmas, it's made a huge improvement on what they used to be like, he just has a few stubborn cracks now but it's where the fingers bend so he keeps reopening them at work.
Sorry MDW - your post just reminded me that we had made our minds up at long last!! My nephew is being done and I have really struggled to decide what to do. Unlike others, we have had 2 letters asking us to either go and have it or call and say no. Just the fact that they had a 'no' option was part of my decision IYSWIM!! I could easily have swung either way.
Will have a look at that hand cream if I ever remember how to spell it!not booby milk but I've heard wee is good :rotfl:
I won't be [STRIKE]telling you about[/STRIKE] trying that
Beccles - I get excema on the palms of my hands and the soles of my feet if I don't keep them moisturised so I use Boots Marshmallow and Mint Foot Cream every day on my feet (and my hands!!)
For all those with dry hands - do you know the trick of moisturising your hands before you do your face so your expensive face cream doesn't disappear into your dry hands?please listen to MFD - she is a wise woman
