    hi everyone,

    how are you all??

i've had a read of the last page or so.

okay, so now i want to go to a chinese buffet and as for milk .... i dread LO having the 'real' stuff as i hate it with a passion (unless it's flavoured).

hmm... i think it was buttons, but does anyone have any good recipes for a curry in a slow cooker before i google????

i did a shoulder of lamb tonight with vegetables and LO ate quite a bit. so shocked as she's not usually a fan, but she seems to be if it's cooked in the slow cooker.

MFD - LO likes sausage too. she's had them a few times now.
  • thing is, I am funny about public germs, but fine with my families !! I would let Dylan suck on my finger, then eat a sandwich with the same hand !! I think its good for kids to get some germs, but not the really horrid ones like at the supermarket !!

I like kids to get dirty! When I first met DSS he used to hate getting dirty and hubby and I have done loads to get him outside and do some rough and tumble play and just to laugh and carry on when he falls in a puddle etc.

Benjamin is showing signs of not liking to get his hands dirty at the moment so we will be doing some messy play soon to try and stop it in its tracks.
I was anti-bacing like crazy last week - the Catch It, Bin It and Kill It have struck home so that's what I did when i was sneezing everywhere.

Oh I forgot Katie has her piggy flu jab on Thursday, should be interesting as DH is taking her and he doesn't like needles!

I can finally say that hubby and I have made the decision that Benjamin will not have the swine-flu jab. The decrease in cases (and the unreliability of the reporting of cases) coupled with the lack of research of the jab on littlies and the lack of research on the disease as a whole and the cases which have been resistant to the jab anyway has convinced us not to go ahead. I will call the docs tomorrow.

MFD, Body Shop hemp hand cream! Smells a bit funky but is the best I've used by far!

The nurses on the NNU always recommended this too :)

Ben hates germs, got sore hands when he started school from using the crappy soap too much. Too much Nanna time. He still says he hates using the 'rhinos'!!!

I just switched it over while channel hopping and had to reach for my glasses to find out who's winning (as my Grandad would say).. oh dear, I'm blind! :(
