    Congartulations Uncle Bruno. X

Well done MFD, hope you get it after all your hard work.

From the other side though, actually getting the CSA to get money you're entitled to can be pain.
Too many children, too little time!!!

    Afternoon all..

I've got the assistant to the Compliance Manager job :j He is apparently "beside himself with excitement" that he's getting me and, thankfully, prepared to wait for me until May. It's authorised up to three full days a week but I can pick my hours and days, then switch around as and when necessary. I'm going in to see him next week to talk over it a bit more, see if there are any days he would definitely prefer to have me in or days he won't need me. Will still do some cover work in the HR Dept, and am going to do some KIT days with them and some with the new bunch. Going to do KIT days over 6-7weeks, one a day for a few weeks, then two a week, leading up to doing three days when I start back proper in mid-May :) Temp cover lady is going to be asked to stay permanently and do the job full time, makes more sense that way and actually it might have turned out to be a job share with someone I really don't like and not my lovely cover lady so the Comp job had saved me from a horrible fate! :rotfl: _pale_

I read the CSA Forum on here quite a lot, have to say the whole thing horrifies me. Out of interest I looked into what OH would have to pay me, and it is more than I could ever earn! That would encourage me to go out to work!

I try to avoid the CSA forum nowadays - some people just don't want help, they just want a moan and for posters to agree with them!(Although you will never find me on there as I have another name :D)

And most threads turn into bitter PWC/NRP arguments.

Congrats Uncle Bruno. :T And cousin Elijah :T

Gorgeous pics Glam - he still looks tiny to me.

ETA: Feelie how cute! He looks so much like you!

HAve another social day ahead - coffee at a friends house in about 45 mins s better get a moev on, then soft play this afternoon. It's £2 for under 12months and £3.xx for over 1's. However everyone seems very excited about a new place that's opening at the end of the month - but it is over £6 per child and they charge £1 per adult - but due to the age group, you have to be there to accompany your child?!

We won't be going at that price! Or am I being a meanie?
lol I'm taking Chris to our nearest soft play place, it had better be good as its £4.50 for Chris and 50p () for Edgar!! why do I have to pay for Ed who will just sit with me?! and its only for 2hrs, the place we go to for sling meet is only £2.50, Ed free and stay as long as you like

I thought legally it was the term after you turn five? (So Sept-December birthdays have to start by January of Reception Year, January to March after Easter and then April to August don't have to start until September of Year One. Our local authority takes them all full time from September of Reception Year but some areas they either don't start them until it's compulsorary or they have them part-time from the September and then switch to full time depending on when they turn five.
oh could be, its only happened once at mum's school and I think the child had a summer birthday so would fit.

All thios school talk has made me realise; next year my baby will turn 4yo and go to school!!! :(

anyone want a grouchy baby that has only just now slept since his feed at 1:30am?

think he must be able to read, as they say there's a growth spurt at 3 weeks, which he is exactly today, as he wanted nothing but massive quantities of booby all evening and night.
Think I'll pass thanks :p I woke up at 4:30am was sat up in bed with Edgar feeding - I have no recolection of putting him there or any idea how long he'd been there :rotfl:

Congratulations Uncle Bruno. Are they nearby? Will you get to see much of the little one?

Buttons- I love a bit of skip diving, so well done on the unit.
