Weezl - for the short term it probably won't mean much to my working week but it will mean more money as I will officially be 'A Consultant' I could potentially do less hours for the same money and might introduce at least one early afternoon a week if I can
Long term, getting a commission with a quango, albeit through the back door (my company will be working for the company of my partner/boss who I did the tender with), is a massive thing and makes my prospects for consultancy within other government bodies look rosy!

Jillie - I am guessing that we will have a feel on Tuesday as to how it went. If we can provide evidence that we can do what we say on the tin then we will have a nice day, if we can't the day will be arkward and I will be in here in tears on Tuesday night!!
We should officially hear on 25th January that they intend to place an order with us...but then there is a 15 day 'cooling off period' where we can change our minds or other companies can object.

I guess there are a couple of new jobs happening - sorry not managed last 15 pages but will try and catch up later as I have been changing CC over to 0% one and also Utilities (I used Quidco for first time) so hopefully should get £80 back.... not holding my breath but we will see

Anyway I have a voucher for a pack of Huggies newborn size 1 for Tesco's which runs out in March - any takers on here or will offer on Pregnancy thread.

Just in from work and having a quick cuppa before my Mam drops Charlotte off. They're going on holiday for three weeks tomorrow, so I'll not be working as much and will be spending more time with Charlotte. Looking forward to it :cool:

Still playing with my MSE holiday and v v embarrassed about my clothing slip yesterday - but I would had had to buy summer clothes in June anyway and since now I don't I'm just hopping back on the no-spend wagon. I bought three bikinis, a sarong, a summer dress, a pair of wrap trousers and two skirts for £70. And I'll also need to buy Molly a swimsuit or two but she's not really part of my clothing ban so that's ok

I do need to book flights and stuff soon, too. Hmph. I think I'd like to fly to London Friday morning, spend the day there and then head back to the Travelodge in good time in the evening, perhaps after nommy dinner in Chinatown. NOMNOMNOM.

3 he is 14lbs 5oz now! He's a big boy and I keep telling him that if he keeps eating all his milk and porridge that he'll be big and strong like Daddy

Weezl - sorry you are feeling a bit down today. I wish I did still live in Cardiff so I could come and watch Fergie so you could get some sleep. AM glad you got a little nap - sometimes the powernaps work better than a much longer sleep!

AF - Stick with the routine from last night. I am so not a routine person at all and it doesn't help that I always end up running late with tea so I end up either scoffing food or just leaving it so that I can get Jack ready for bed. I've stuck with the same routine for 3 nights and it is working - the plan tonight is to sit on the floor out of sight (I sit on the bed where he can see me) and then tomorrow to leave the room completely.

Just done my BB review on carrier - they had sent a 2nd email witrh a load more questions on!

my bottle snuggler came today so hoping it keeos the bottlles warm during a feed! thanks for the link Sami
