Aww, SIL has had a boy :) no name or weight passed on yet.
The poor thing had the whole birthing pool, natural activity all sorted except that after 8 hours there was still no progress so they epidural/oxytocin'ed her, and after another 8 hours got a result... She has to stay in for 48 hours but I hope that's just precaution not because of anything serious!

Preliminary grats MFD! Get in there!
  • Thanks Weezyl and Jillie - My ideal job would be a private detective - Im very good at finding things out and all my friends come to me when they need a bit of detective work. OH was very impressed as although he wants this sorted as much as me he wouldn't have the nerve to do the things I do:rotfl:

Have rang the benefits fraud again this morning with all her details AGAIN.... Im sure if I ring them and the CSA each day they will eventually get fed up of me and sort it out - Im hoping:rolleyes: The benefit fraud operator was like' so you rang her and pretended to be from the benefits agency????' not exactly what I said to her was ' Im doing an investigation into your claim for Child support and can you answer some security questions for me!!' not my fault she presumed I was working for the government lol

Phew, you guys are back. I had to cope in the real world for a while there!

I phoned Care-Coordinator again, waiting for her to return my call.

Krystal - I want to look up a few medications, the rating for them isn't on Hales Forum, nor the Kellymom site, where else can I look?

Is there such a thing as too much sleep for a 3 year old? Keira does about 12hours straight at night and occasionally has a nap after nursery for about an hour.

Last night he was boiling hot, like super hot, I don't even own a thermometer, how negligent of me. She just got over an ear infection, back to nursery for a few days and no doubt she has the plague or something now!

She still wants to go today though.

I'm going to admit to being a minger, I stole a unit out of the bin room last night :rotfl: Someone obv didn't want it and threw it out, it's quite crappy really, thought it would fit in my linen cupboard and was going to use it to keep my sheets on as they spew off the shelves but it didn't fit, so have put it in my wardrobe and that's where the mound of shoes and my make up/straighteners/scarfs etc are kept now....

My house is such a state, srsly don't know where to start. Well I guess hoovering and the dishes would be a start....

Yay for your good Nap Weezl.

Congrats on being an Uncle Bruno. I've got three nephews (3, 2 and 1) and a four year old neice, split between two SIL's. None on my side of the family, LO is the only baby, and will be until I have another!

I read the CSA Forum on here quite a lot, have to say the whole thing horrifies me. Out of interest I looked into what OH would have to pay me, and it is more than I could ever earn! That would encourage me to go out to work!
