    Thankyou hun.. I'm really nervous though! :o I'm dead shy really and the idea of role play gives me the jitters! _pale_ I am looking forward to being able to help someone though.. just hope it all works out like I have imagined it :confused:

    Good luck for tomorrow elle and MM - gorgeous photo earlier :)

    Forgotten everything else, a bit shaken here. Our upstairs neighbour is always playing craptastical music from the moment it's legal to make noise to well past the time it isn't. Husband's been up a few times to ask him to stop, he's been down here to listen to the noise level in our bedroom and we've offered to buy him wireless headphones and insulating mats for his speakers. Husband went up just now, and the guy came down here, leaned on the doorbell and told us that if we ever bother him about his music again he's going to call the police and the landlords on us!?!?!

    Calling the police because we're upset that he's breaking the law seems a bit bizarre to me and I'm a bit worried about his state of mind.

    Can't wait to see what Rhys makes of it :D Never realised we had anything like that in one of the normal Childrens' Centres. I thought it's be in the Child Development Centre which is at the main hospital (and you'd only be able to use it when referred) :confused:

    I'm going to one CC tomorrow, then the one for the 8mth check is in a different part of town and then there's one even closer to our house. Really must pay attention and find out what they all offer.

    Is there ever anything to say you should stick to the one closest to you.. and you have to fib if you want to go to another one? ;)

    Oh, just remembered we're going to a group at yet another CC on Thursday too.. Childrens' Centre overload this month! :D

    I didn't realise ours had one either tbh and I don't think its on their timetable booklets either for some reason.

    No, you and Rhys go and check each one out! I don't go to my local one purely due to my HV being off ill when Jamie was born and the one that did come to visit was from another area and left 'her' CC's leaflets. Although its quite small it has lots of activities and fab trips during the holidays! ;):D

    Breastfeeding peer supporter training starts tomorrow.. I assumed that's what MM meant! ;):o

    Rhys has a hearing test but we're not worried about that at all - he wakes up when you rustle a carrier bag at the other end of the house, there's nothing wrong there! ;) They just check all babies again at 8mths if they were born before 34wks :)

    3, I don't know why we have 8m checks (but test Jamie at 7m :rolleyes:). Also remember that some areas (think Sami and MDW) have 2.5y checks where ours is 2y and all are expected to meet the same milestones :confused:. Quite random!

    ETA: :eek::eek: at Dr surgery!!!

    xx
