Glam - just before Xmas, I typed up the first three weeks of weaning advice and recipes from Annabel Karmel's book for Tia and a couple of other people.

The plan and recipes are here if you want to take a look for some ideas.

[STRIKE]There was something else I was going to say but I can't remember what [/STRIKE]. I've just remembered! It was to say "hi" to Angela, the bookcase looks great and the pictures of Rose are absolutely gorgeous. You have a beautiful little girl.

Grr, best go and wash my hair. May be back on in a while....

We have just bought a black and decker dustbuster from argos for this very purpose...I think it was about £26. We bought it yesterday and used it yesterday eve and tody, seems to be good it is a wet and dry one too:)

Mel, is the suction okay? My only experience is of one i had years ago and to be honest it was rubbish at picking things up. Im really hoping things have moved on a bit x

It is actually not too bad! I was fairly surprised as I was expecting it to be pretty naff. Like you I had one years back and it was a waste of time, would have been easier to suck up the crumbs myself. This one is better than I remember the 'old' type being, however not sure if there are better ones out there??

    Have I even answered you:o

Right off now to watch wallander...before I go I will just share how much of a piggy I have just been,,I have just sat and eaten - a banana, 2 packets of squares crisps, 1 apple, 6 clementines, 4 jaffa cakes, and I could still eat more!! I think my stomach has a hole in it somewhere tonight:confused::o
