I used G &A for over 10hours with Jas and couldnt drink cuz I was throwing everything up and my lips were getting a bit dry so they switched my mouth piece to an in mouth one instead of an over face one and that helped loads !!The two best things I have done with my life

Oooh SM I have made a start on my gifts
March.......Kai - Cow Rocker, Mickey phone, Vtech Bus and still bidding on vtech rocket and vtech learning tree....all together would have cost £127(ish) I have spent so far £19.70 inc deliveries
Mar......FIL - Big tub of assorted toffees & Mints. I made it up myself has cost about £4
April......MIL - Thorntons classics £6.99 (same as I bought for my mum)
May....L'il Bro - Need Ideas???
June.....L'il Sis - Need ideas???
Sept....Big Bro - Need ideas???
Oct......Jaden - Most likely a new game, so need to wait till nearer the time for new releases, And something else although need to have a good think and see what he might like
Nov....Dh - I am going to get him the Frankie Boyle autobiography and DVD, he thinks he is great...I will look around see where is cheapest to buy it and order it this week.
Nov....Luca - Similar as Jaden, need to see new releases and have a nosy about for some other bits
I usually buy for my friend and her two girls but she has asked if we can not do this anymore, just a card as she is a bit short of money...and of course I keep having kids so it is getting expensive, so that's three I don't have to do anymore!!
How are you doing?Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
kindof - I bought 50 mat pads but probably used about 25. I didnt bleed that much and switched to Always after about a week. However some people bleed alot. 20 should be fine OH can always get u more.
I had one in when I went into labour and the MW tiold me to change it after she checked it - but I'd take it out of my labour bag & left them in the bathroom at home
The MW gave me a pack from the ward!
G&A does make you thristy but I was allowed sips of water throughout & wished I'd remembered to use my Vaseline cos my lips were minging. I forgot cos it was still in my bag on the labour ward instead of with me in the delivery suite!
MOTM - no problem. Lucy should put it all down in her letter at least something can be said about it when she leaves. Might be worth her handing the letter to a partner though rather than the manager as the concerns may not get passed on.
The Indian GP was a Partner who was taken over & forced to change from working 9-5 to 8-8 and I had to be the one to tell him - he was due to retire but made my life hell! Have worked with others who were very pleasant!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -

Mel - I've read a bit of the Frankie Boyle Autobiography, and the first couple of chapters are the most offensive and foul stuff imaginable. If he likes Frankie Boyle, he'll love it! I'm reading That Mitchell and Webb book and that is great too.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0

What do they like and how old are they?
Waterstones have the Batman encyclopaedia for about £12 delivered (plus Quidco) if any of them are geeky, or have a look at play.com's sale (plus cashback from various places) for Tshirts and girly gifts.
For your sister La Senza have some stuff still half price and there's cashback too.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
