Poor girl. I just feel so guilty as this never happened to me. I was fine every time.

It's not your fault Tara, please don't feel like you did anything wrong by having healthy babies.

MM, nebby question, but will Dylan still go to hydro and physio when you're back at work?
  • Kindof- the MWs at my hospital were great with BF support. They were constantly offering help, looking at positioning etc so hopefully yours will be the same. As Feelie says, don't be scared to ask for help.

I'm going to speak to my manager this week about doing some KIT days soon. Am I mad? I love being at home with Henry but I miss work. I know I'll prob feel different when it comes to going back properly but I miss the adult interaction and my lovely staff.

  • Ladies who are due

    BUY BIG PANTS!!!

My suggestion is to buy cheapo big knickers in a size too big - if you end up with stiches having pants that are too tight is VVV painful!

I ended up wearing bikini bottoms until I could get out and 'embrace my inner sloggi wearer' as SB says!!

I bled for about 8 or 9 weeks - nice

I wonder if it's because it's winter, but does anyone else's baby hate being undressed/changed/naked? :p

MOTM - say good luck to Lucy from us! I cried when I handed my notice in at my first practice, I loved it & only left cos we moved from Cardiff to Liverpool. This job I've not techincally done it yet but they know I'm not coming back! I always find it awkward :o

Tara - dont feel guilty just be there for her :)

GISI - you are mad! do u go to any groups for adult interaction? I thrive on my weekly groups & the sling meets!

Molly did but seems to have got over it now since I introduced a BF-in-the-bath.

Jack hates having his clothes put on - OK having them taken off & loves being naked but screams the house down when I dress him.

right, Jack fell asleep having his bottle at 7.30pm - he was supposed to have a bath afterwards  but I left him sleep cos I thought he would have a short nap (he's having a growth spurt so lots of short naps) he is still asleep and is in a sleepsuit but I need to change his bum!
