. No. Not him!
This form wants me to list every single GCSE individually. Normally I just put "9 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English" I can't remember which ones I did, let alone what grades I got.
Oh - I was going to say - Tesco have mince pies 30p a pack at the mo, incase anyone who likes them didn't OD on them over Christmas.Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009

 You're joking - I used to have a giggling baby as my text tone, but then someone texted me at 3am when I was working at the computer in the dark and I nearly wet myself in terror.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Just caught up, phew you lot can talk lol.
Harley- yeah for giggly babies Matthew has had a few giggles but only at random things such as shadows on the wall and lampshadesnever at a real live person so well done!!!:j
Motm- You know what is best for you and your girls I am sure but how will you cope if Lucy can't sell any jewellery and becomes dependent on you financially? Will you be able to support her in this way?
Ladybird- what is the job application for? Anything exciting?
Weezl- Matthew seems to be quite a sickly baby too and just lately he has started to vomit clear liquidlooks like saliva, he can be sick maybe 4-5 times a day and it smells quite boaky too!!
Tia- yeah for Amber and her rusk, can't wait till Matthew is old enough cos I love them!!
Is it MM'S bubs who has excema? looking some advice ...
Oh and Matthew taking his bottles a little better today hopefully the hunger strike may be over but won't tell you how I "encouraged" him to take them, fear I may be ostracised if I do.......Coming soon............

Maz, if it makes your life easier, go for it. Most of the babies on here have had no problems with nipple confusion. It did make Feelies Toby change his latch, but you won't know till you try.
This is going to confusing isnt it with both of us being referred to as Maz !!!!just my opinion but I think you have way too much:)
phew hopefully that helps you :undecidedps kindof - if you're taking formula you'd also need bottles?
I agree with Sami theres loads on your list I wouldnt worry about.
I would also say that you dont need to take formula as my hospital supplied you with ready made bottles of formula, all varieties that you just asked for when you wanted one to feed baby. They came in glass jars with disposable teats. Dont know if your hospital does the same.
PS OH has just found it weird that William did his nappy whilst he gave him some EBM.... cant believe my LO is 4 weeks old today  where did that time go!!!Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0 -
gotta go Matthew awakes (for another bottle I hope)Coming soon............

Hello pookie  Nice to 'see' you.
Financially she has what I would call 'considerable savings' and another considerable amount coming soon once her share of her Grandmothers will/estate is finalised. She could easily not work for a few years, however those savings should remain savings.
Thanks to the kind folks on this thread, we now get child tax credits, making us, now Lucy is on board, about £130 a week better off, along with all my savings etc, so yes, I could support her. She no longer has any rent to pay or any of her bills and my house I own, so no mortgage. Saying that, when she no longer has an income, I may have to phone Child Tax Credits again to get them increased.
The idea of her working is for mainly her self esteem and enjoyment. Something for her to build on. Her confidence with me and the kids has grown significantly, but i'd like to see her do something away from us that she enjoys and gets alot out of. Finances are not an issue.0 -
Maz - thanks for quoting Elle's post about huggies wipes! I'm down to 'just' 2 boxes now so gonna stock up
Do we know the dates for the events this Jan/Feb?
csh - I agree with others, your DD is gorgeous!!
Asda is 16th Jan and this that Morrisons was 23rd Jan?Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0 -
Pookie you can put vegetable oil on excema (grapeseed oil doesn't smell of much, or if you don't mind baby smelling like food, olive oil works a treat!) - if you go to the doctors they will probably prescribe steriod cream, so it is probably worth trying something a bit less scary first!
I'm applying for an "events co-ordinator" role - doing admin and organising for conferences and things at my local uni. Would require some evenings and weekends, which isn't ideal, but there isn't a lot around at the mo, and it does sound really interesting (and pays enough) so am going to apply anyway. In the unliekly even that they actaully offer me the job I can find out about hours in more detail and check it is feasible. I don't mind working some Saturdays (so long as I know in advance when I will be working, and can swap days/book holiday for the Saturdays I actually have things planned), but I don't want to be working all weekend every weekend iyswim. That would not be good for our relationshipIsabella Molly born 14th January 2009

ohohoh another thing I was going to say - Sainsburies value wipes are just as good as all the expensive ones, only difference is that they smell very strongly. I bought some yesterday because that is all they sell in our tiny in-town Sainsburies. I probably won't get them again, as I try and stick with unfragranced stuff, but for anyone who isn't bothered about that might want to know.
I really am going to get on with my form now!Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009

OMG that made me :rotfl::rotfl:
I ended up putting Kai in his cot and left him crying, I felt so guilty I even cried, but He needed to sleep, and he has had nurofen and calpol, he wouldn't fall asleep or even sit/lie anywhere without screaming (inc in my arms/his bouncy chair/dh arms/travel cot)....Just checked on him as it all went quiet and he had fallen asleep in a sort of cross legged hunched over position:o I have lay him down now and hopefully he will have a decent amount of sleep! He just isn't sleeping at night and through the day it is short 10min naps....he obviously is in some discomfort, but also well overtired Poor ickle man.Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0
