Is it bad of me - or simply sensible - to keep hold of the preemie clothes in case we decide to have a second baby (likely if Andrew makes it to 1yr without any problems being identified), as there is a chance another baby could be almost as prem? nope, quiet and typically dim english fare
Very good. I met a group of friends for dinner over Christmas, and the plan was to meet beforehand so they could meet Molly before we went off and left Molly with Husband. Friend 1 suggested we meet at a bar we ended up visiting post-dinner. It had a dress code, a cocktail menu and music so loud I could feel it in my ribcage - definitely a great place for a small baby
Big hugs Mel - if you want to rant please go ahead.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

I know it doesn't compare, but I always think about pumping next time, and always imagine I'll have to do it again. I weighed up the cost of buying a pump against renting it, as I might use it 'next time'. It dawned on me that I might have a baby who latches on on the first day! How weird would that be!
I can't remember your story exactly, would you likely have another early baby?
I worry about 'next time' - I was induced at 39+2 (I think, who knows! I reckon more like 36 weeks), what if I get pre-eclampsia sooner? etc.
It is scary enoug having another baby without the added worries you have.

Mel, I hope everything sorts itself out. I can empathise a little bit - OH has finally admitted that he is pretty depressed, and I've now got the job of persuading him to treat it. He is a lot more ill than I realised/wanted to admit. So hard to make plans for the future when standing on the edge of what could be a huge change. I wonder about planning holidays and buying houses, we might not even be together in the near future, let alone the far future.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0
