you should have an A4 sheet which is a formal notification of her birth. I can't remember the proper name, it has been a while
Somebody was registered yesterday? Was it William? Maz?
Oh, Im confused now. Im sure when they rang to delay they said I needed it, I'll take it anyway as going to clinic afterwards.
Id better call it a night, I can hear Isla crying whilst having daddy cuddles so it must be food time again. Thanks for all the advice today ladiesBelly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0 -
MOTM happy monthaversary - but be careful celebrating this one because you'll have to do it again next month and the one after and the one after that.......
Monthaversary? Is that even a word?
I don't mind celebrating every month, especially as I don't think i'm going to go cold tonight
Lucy won't be going to work tomorrow because of the snow, kids are home so no school run, which means we can stay up tonight and lay in tomorrow.
The food went down well, the chocolates are going down well, just 2 girls left up and when they go to bed, it's all fun
The body shop goodies went down well too, thanks emlou for the heads up :cool:0 -
Ladybird daft question why are you removing the cot sides so soon???? Is she climbing out already?Everyone is entitled to their opinionEllie 25/12/070

spending some quality time with DH, so won't be back on this evening. Hope people aren't snowed in tomorrow! thanks for the replies about bedtime, just seemed silly for us to get up at 7am for no reason if I've got no other kids!

No, oh good....they are hard enough to come by with you buying them all up:rotfl:
I'd swear I saw them in the big Asda a couple of weeks ago, but can't find them online. They're very nice though. Do we need one?feelinggood wrote: »Also, I asked the other day but then got lost and couldn't find answers. Sorry to bother you all again! Is there a reason why I can't use pull-ups (assuming they do them in size 4+ or 5) instead of normal nappies?
As everyone else said, I found them to be less absorbant, and also a pita to change once toddlers were toddling, especially Joe. It meant taking shoes and trousers completely off to get the new pull up on, rather than just pulling them down and slipping a nappy on iykwim?scruffy96uk wrote: »I just rip them open, do you know what the sticky tab on the bum is for???
You fold the sides in, and roll it up from the front, and the tab on the bum pulls out and sticks to the front to keep them folded.
Still catching up - it's been a very chatty night!:beer:0 -
I didn't need anything when we registered Poppy and Jamie but the office is in the hospital and I was in my pj's! :rotfl:
