There's a bf support group on tomorrow. Keep thinking i should go and get myself 'out there' but i'm scared. I imagine i'll just end up sitting in a corner on my own and look like an idiot. I have no idea what to expect, and we're not having any problems with bf'ing at the mo so nothing to break the ice with. Sounds silly i know. I'm just really shy and lacking in confidence at the min. I'll end up not going, but then i'm stuck at square one, and not getting any adult conversation ever. Grr i'm such a saddo, feel like i'm sinking. So much for not posting, knew i'd end up ranting!

Beenie you should go even if you don't need the support for BF i'm sure they won't mind you getting info "just in case" and you never know you may even enjoy yourself.

Beenie - go to the group! I've never had any problems feeding that necessitated us going but you usually get a drink and snack so at the very least it saves you some money on food lol
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

    Hello.

Been really busy and not had time to catch up. Just wanted to wish Dora good luck for tomorrow. And how lovely of your dad to say that to you. My mum thinks I am a bad mum for going back to work so it's nice that someone is behind you and giving you confidence! Hope it all goes well.

Catch up with other stuff tomorrow maybe. x

OH and Rhys gone to bed.. maybe now I can get some jobs done *rolleyes*

Beenie, do go to groups.. Or at least mosie (sp?) on down there at that time, and if you don't feel like going in, at least scout out the centre, read the posters, pick up the leaflets and ask what else is happening there and you might find something you prefer.. Maybe something like the Boogies Babies group that we go to, you don't have to talk to the other mums if you don't want, but you kind of end up chatting :) (and don't stop posting/ranting/moaning/waffling ;)).

Fitz, not often I say it, but ignore your mother :p;)

Thanks i do want to go but it's like i've forgotten how to interact with people all of a sudden. There's so much negativity in my life that i'm starting to take it personally, and confidence is rock bottom. I have no idea how to start talking to people at these things, what do i say when i walk in? "Err hi..." *runs off*.
Feel like my hv has totally abandoned me too, and she knows i'm totally alone. She didn't make plans to see me again. I want to know what Amber weighs, but she didn't even tell me where to go or what days or anything and i didn't ask cos i thought she'd come back. And last time i seen her i was worrying that bf.ing wasn't working cos latch was wrong, she didn't offer advice just said there's a group on Mondays. I found out the times for myself. Grr.

Elle that's a good idea, i might do that and pick up some leaflets, and ask about weighing clinic (i suppose that's a good reason for stopping by, rather than looking too lost). Hopefully they'll say i can weigh her at the bf group.
I never used to be like this, always been shy but not this badly. Just feeling like the dark cloud is growing and i want to try stop getting too depressed, cos then my doc will tell me off for not going on them tablets that made me sick. Plus i'm in denial that i even need tablets, i need a family and friends, not pills. Can't get a new family but hopefully can get some friends.

Can you walk there too Beenie? The fresh air might help your mood too :) If you're stuck for something to say, compliment the kids' clothes ;)
