Thank you three! Does that mean that it doesn't matter whilst he only has 2 teeth and I make sure I clean all around them!!
The way the dentist said it to me was that so long as you are extra careful and always make sure you clean their teeth properly from a young age they are ok, I think advice was mainly aimed at those that don't look after babies first teeth IYGWIM, As in the ones that give kids fizzy juice at 9mths in a teat bottle............:mad:Shudder:mad:

what formula is Rhys on elle?? my nephew is on a milk thats totally man made and it smells awful, no wonder he wont drink it lol!

He's on two mixed together - I'm not sure if one of them is worse or if it's the combination of the two! One's a kidney one and the other is NutriPrem2 which is a premmie weight gain catch-up one. Keeps the dietitian happy though I'm not sure what difference a couple of scoops a day is going to make ;)

I had to think of something to do with the numerous milky bars and milky bar buttons MIL keeps bringing!

We got another 6 pack of buttons today - how much chocolate can a [STRIKE]Mum[/STRIKE] baby eat? :o

LOL - Benjamin got a milky bar selection box which promptly went in the tin with DSS's chocolates. I don't mind him having the odd taste but he is 10 months old - I don't think he needs chocolate in his diet (victorian mum again!!)

Edit: All DSS selection boxes go into a tin so he can have 1 bar when he is good :)

Angela - you must be very proud of your gorgeous kids xx

  • Lovely pic angela !! They all look so happy :)

SM, please dont take this the wrong way, as it is only meant to be helpful, but there is quite a bit of added salt and sugar in oats - so - simple for a baby is there not? Plain oats are much better and then add in your own flavouring

Did anyone on here not go onto Follow On Milk and stay on Stage 1?
Am surprised at a response to my poll about going onto cows milk at 6months (confused)

Henry was on Aptamil Hungry baby at 6 months and stayed on that til I started Cows milk at 1yo

my sister has had no luck with the hospital or dietitian at all, nephew is off the charts as his weight is so low and is very sick and screams when he has any kind of milk proteins, beef, eggs and wheat. she is being ref to sick kids and is taking legal action against hosp! the milk he is on just now is £40 a tin and they are limiting her to 2 tins a week, if she goes by what she has been told to feed him she needs 4!
