    Ok, spill the beans!
    Which department did you phone?
    Do you have a number?

As suggested, yesterday and today I have phoned my BDC who deal with my IS, and both times, they have said that they will have a list at the end of January of those that have received CWP's. If I'm not on the list, and should be, then they will look at it then.

I feel second class, more than normal.

I know my postcode has 2 triggers, and my next door neighbour has had their letter and payment.

I'm grumpy, as this should be quite easy to resolve.

lol, well hubby rang up our local job centre, and they given him the tel number to call in regards of the CWP, this here:
    0845 60 88 569
We live in South Wales, it may be the same for all but not certain.;)

Yes a few of my neighbours received their's as well, but I taken it that was because they were all pensioners, we are the youngest family in the street lol.:D

I can see us getting back to them tomorrow as well, because this happened last year, they forgot to pay this out to us, we missed quite a few payments, where in the end they awarded about 2 out of the 4 we were entitled to, everytime we had to ring them back.

    Good luck.;)
