ETA: There has been two payments of CWP in my area and according to the directgov website, payment should be automatic but I've received nothing. :^(

According to this post, I should have received CWP.


You will be entitled to a cold weather payment if you get Income Support or income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance for at least one day during the period of cold weather and:

• you get an extra amount for disability or for being over 60 and you don't live in a care home.

Chris I'm going to be honest I don't know, however can I suggest you contact your JCP enquiry line, as some people have found out myself included it's not always automatic.

yes i was actully thinking of starting a petition cos its been - temps here for a few days now but looking on the crosby weather stations temps its sayin 1o for today and tomoroow??

But why remove it? It was beneficial to a lot of people!
