 Seems to me the latter date shown, is basically the last time somebody logged in and updated the records for your area. If a payment is paid out, that might get updated straight away on the system, but I wouldn't be surprised if money is paid into bank accounts before that page is updated0

            you can call the cold weather payment line on 0845 601 5613 if you have an enquiry about a cold weather payment and if it has been triggered for your area, lines are open mon-fri 8.30am- 4.30pm.:T0

 This year you will get £25 when the average temperature where you live is recorded as, or forecast to be, zero degrees Celsius or below over seven consecutive days during the period from 1 November to 31 March. Specified Meteorological Office weather stations are used to obtain this information.
 You see you can have 6 days of -6 and on the 7th day you get 1 degree boom you lost your cold weather payment for that week.

 No payment has been triggered in my part of Scotland and it has been really cold.
 If I remember rightly it took 2-3weeks last year for the payments to come through.0

            I find the best way is to not think of it and just cross yur fingers that one day you might get a nice surprize !0
