Hello all,

Rufus my DooYoo voucher hasnt arrived yet. It is due tomorrow. I am hoping it will be here soon as i want to get my daughter a dolls pushchair with it from amazon but knowing my luck the price will go up before the voucher arrrives. I wish they sent the email vouchers instead
I have got my stash of pressies out the loft that i buy during the Jan sales especially and during the year. Got fair amount there already :T So very pleased. Most my relatives done now to concentrate on my kids.
I saw somewhere but now cannot find it where you get a beer glass and a brown and cream flannel and arrange it in the glass to look like a beer. Was going to do this for my BIL as we only do token pressies and i have a Becks glass from a free giveaway earlier in the year. I have searched for beer and glass but cant find it. Does anyone know where it is??
Ohhhhh also for anyone who doesnt look the grabbit section there are Cath Kidston stationary sets inc notebooks from £3.14 each. I have picked up a couple beautiful notebooks for myself for christmas for just under £9 delivered.0 -
Hello all!
I've been very busy organising my shelves and clearing out the freezer. There are five packs of frozen cookie dough ready for slicing and baking as necessary, all the frozen expressed milk I spent hours pumping has gone weird and metallic-tasting and since Wee Beastie wouldn't have it it's all gone too (:() and we've been eating a lot of Freezer Surprise. I've also printed the Christmas photo of Wee Beastie to go in magnets with Christmas cards and here it is:
And now that's done the last things are to buy Christmas decorations (buying lights tomorrow and other than that waiting for Ikea to have their Christmas stuff out) and make Christmas cake. All the ingredients are here so I shall probably do that this weekend.
What do ten year old boys like?
She is absolutely beautiful, really angelic looking, and the photo is amazing, looks like a professional took it,
You've been really organised, can say that our freezer is now lovely and tidy, thought we'd found some ice-cream hidden - no it was one of my ready cooked meals......
I would hazzard a guess as 10 yr old boys - toilettries - hair gel side of things.
Apologies - have a brain like sieve at the mo - but one of the lovely ladies suggested boks and Chris Ryan was one of the authors mentioned, another author would be Andy Mcnab, I have his books, but he also does a boys range (can't remember if he is co-writer or not), but have a look on Amazon and bring up what he's wrote.
My friend she has 2 boys there 12 and 6, a the mo there both into Man Utd, so I've been getting items throughout the year off half cost, - dread whaen dd comes home with a party invite for a boys party, xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

Your a star thank you, got the end of course assisgnments sent off now for the 2 courses, get the results by Christmas, got 2 on the go, small understanding mgt, done the book just the assisgnments to do - they should be a doodle, now on the sports course, so far a week ahead, which is good going as only started it Tuesday and was 2 weeks behind, - aiming for little and often approach.
Decided set myself little targets then I can get on with my xmas goodies, - plan is the finish week I'm on and one more week, then I can do flavoured vodkas and put mt cherries and raspberries to soak properly. DD can help me with that at the weekend.
Planning on pear drop vodka, toffee, maybe kola cubes, see what else comes to mind. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Hi all
Piglet - uploading photos - first you need to get them on an album like Flicker. Then go to this thread and the reply box, look at the row of icons at the top of the box- go to the blue and green globe - it will tell you to INSERT LINK. This is the link to your photo on the Flicker album.
Elysia good luck with your packing - and your holiday of course!
Presents for children - plus all ages including adults - if anyone is stuck, the PO do a gift card that can be used in loads of shops including computer ones.
mum2One, is the sports course all theory or practical too? Good luck for not getting drunk trying out all those vodkas LOL0 -

Susan, when you put the icing on the cakes, how did you get those big swirls?
Thanks for all the options, yummy!
Mary, that list doesn't do you justice, I know for sure it could be at least 5 pages long
And what's up with the weather today? You are right, it is cold. You'll have to do a lot of snuggling up with your OH in Scotland0
