Thanks for the update KMS. I was wandering earlier how many days left. You must have read my mind.

Anglea Drum kit - NO! :A Electronic organ - yes. ;) It was for his sister, last christmas. Slightly less naughty than a drum kit, but only slightly!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

It's not that we hate each other - just a mild dislike would be the words I would choose.

    Hello all :j

Another day of being disorganised.........:( Physio appt. was at 12 not 2.30pm...........lol but got there ok, legs up, down, stand up, sit down etc. -back again on 28th. Physio says its wear and tear from slipping two discs in 1970 -don't suppose the age factor does a lot of good. Called at new charity shop on the way home and got a few bits
pr. sparkly reindeer earrings -know just the girl who'll wear them............lol
Notebook and matching shopping/things to do book
Gardening journal with pen all boxed up and unused
Bracelet (just the thing to do yet another bag charm.........lol)

total cost was £5 so not bad I thought........oh did buy myself a cardigan.........another £2.95 (not shown it to OH yet............not sure what he'll think:rotfl:)

Popped into craft shop for some stick on foam letters for my sos box..........hadn't got any but managed to find some others among my stash -not what I wanted really but they'll do..........so now thats two boxes nearly filled.

Soc.worker visit at 4pm, court tomorrow, another soc.worker -different one this time on Friday just when OH has funeral to go to.
Had lovely letter from the lad who lived here and left earlier this year.........was so pleased to hear from him -made my day.

Back twinging now I've been to physio......typical......felt bit better before the leg excercises............:(
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Found a Denby set reduced to £66 on Debenhams website that I asked Mum if she would like for christmas and she said yes. Now I know it isn't exactly MSE however she has had the same set since she got married and never replaced it when she had a new kitchen. As it is her 40th anniversary this year and I bought a Denby set when I moved so I know how hard wearing it is.

So this is going in a foodie type hamper for Christmas

Denby Set 4x bowls, dinner plates, side plates and mugs
Cafetiere for 1 and nice coffee to accompany
New glass bowls for summer fruits
    HM Granola
    HM Chutney, jam and picalli
    Christmas Cake

Thats all the ideas at the moment and will have a little think about anything else

Sarah, I collected two vouchers for the Kingsmill Britains Got talent game and then the offer was withdrawn, so I had to buy one.. At least it was half price. ;)

Glad you got one hun, I got the game and 2x microphones in the end but only just, when I sent for the last one they took all the token off the packs so was lucky. Looks fun though the game.

Fedupandskint. Was it this one - if it was, it's back in stock. Next do lovely quality dinner sets. I know there's ages yet but have you tried there?

If any of you have anyone in the family that are cyclists, I have a link for free cycling tops that I found some weeks back on one of the freebie sites. My son who runs a cycling club has just filled in the form today (he was away on hols) and the offer still seems to be on - if any of you want me to post it.

Hi Anglea, please could you post this offer? I am a cyclist myself!

Sorry I have been as always very absent, life just so busy, but I am reading it all!!! Got quite a few pressies already, can't remember what, but def more organised than I've ever been. Youngest son's bday coming up so that is the next thing.

Hope you're all well, sorry for being a rubbish group person:(

So ladies, I'm off to help my mum move house this weekend

I'm beginning to wonder what possessed me and my siblings to say "Don't worry about getting a removal firm in, mum, we can do it for you"?!?!?! All I can think of is that we were trying to be very MSE.

If I'm not back online by Monday, send out a search party :).

Hope everyone has a good weekend!

    Erm x
