Hiya KMS, I love the bracelet you made. It's great! Where do you buy all the bits? I think I'd like to make some jewellery as you've all got me so inspired.

    Hi,

I brought a starter kit from Argos
    http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/0200800.htm

It is £19:99 but you get 3 tools with it, a nice case to keep them in plus enough things for 1 bracelet. The pattern i got said to use all the beads that came with it, but the picture of what it was meant to look like wasn't very nice so i adjusted it to what i made. I have loads of beads left over just need more chain now lol It's really easy to do :D

I have ordered some bits and pieces from ebay so can't wait for them to arrive. :j

I agree with you. Yours is much nicer. Less is more. ;)

I've been looking on ebay but don't know where to start. I love the idea of the memory wire ones but not sure what size beads I'd need.

Well done McJordi. :j Did you bid on anything on ebay? Sorry, I'm very nosy. :D

I started off on memory wire bracelets. Dont worry too much on size of beads, as a mix always looks best. 8mm are quite nice sized beads then 4mm are nice sized filler beads. Maybe buy a bead mix to start with as this means you get a lovely mix without spending too much, I used jillybeads.com to buy a blue bead mix and loved the end result (a memory wire bracelet too!)
