Hello all :j
OH had good nights sleep last night (so did I thank goodness) and he seems to be almost back to normal today............least he's taken charge of the kitchen (relief !!) so I don't have to cook. He's doing something with pasta that if I tried would burn or something would go wrong.
He went out and got me some ink for printer so I;m catching up with images of tea cups for 'tea sachet' pressies-some for cappacino as well.........plus recipes for foster daughters recipe index box I'm doing for her.
Young girl came up to clean today and blitzed the bathroom and loo ! :j What a gem she is........;)
Free samples of hand made soap arrived today......they can go into various christmas shoe boxes...........so I'm getting there........I think.......:)
Did have a look at what I'd got among my stash for sons girlfriends birthday in September......sad to say not a lot.:( Don't want to give her all the christmas stuff else I'll just get confused and give same sort of things to her again.......so have to get thinking hat on.
Hope you're all okI would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Here's a picture of the card I made for my brother, I hope it shows properly on here. It's not his birthday until Sunday so he hasn't opened it yet. I can't wait to hear what he thought of it!
I handed my reports in yesterday so I'm giving myself the night off - I'm not doing any work at all tonight, woohoo! I'm going to get my jewellery making stuff out in a minute, I haven't had time for things like that for ages so it's a real treatIf I manage to make anything I'll post some photos.
Hope everyone has a nice evening xxMaking money for Christmas 2012!0 -
Nicky that is a wonderful card! I love the font of the happy birthday. You two were so cute.
I hope you managed to make something. Are you making a gift or treating yourself?

I just bought DD1 a satnav off the grabbit. It may be a present for DD1 passing her driving test or for Christmas (whichever is sooner)! It is on sale at Argos £69.99 halfprice (was £140) and I bought it for less than £21.00 inc postage.Bargain.

That's an excellent bargain, well spotted!
I did manage to make something - a bracelet and matching pair of earrings. I'm not sure whether to keep them or put them away as a present. It's my sister-in-laws birthday at the end of the month but I don't think the jewellery I made is her style really, oh well, I might have to make something else for her and keep the set I made
I'll take some photos and put them on here in a bit.Making money for Christmas 2012!0
