Hello all :j
Someone must have given me the necessary kick up the 'virtual' backside...........I've done grandsons birthday card (seemed to take an age) and also made three specs cases -well nearly 3 -one needs sewing up................so I'm getting there........slow but sure....................;)
Was going to the new charity shop this morning but the lad we've got decided to walk out of school and refuse to go back..........right strop on (typical teenager !) Still, saved me a few quid I expect and meant I got a few bits done............lol:rotfl:I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

After reading the Grabbit Board yesterday, went to The Works and bought youngest daughter the first three books in the set called Morganville Vampire books which were 3 for fiver or £1.99 each. They had seven books altogether so will probs get the rest if they dont run out before I can get back up there but only had a fiver on me.
I had bought her the True Blood set but think they may be too old for her (shes 15 next month) so giving them to my eldest daugther instead.0 -

You must be mad Sarah!
I'm glad your card came ok, mine haven't arrived yet.
I saw those books too Rufus. I'll have to get them tomorrow, but, with the bus fare on top, it doesn't make them much of a bargain - although I suppose I could class it as a free day out. :rotfl:
