It wouldn't work when using google chrome, I had to use IE, try that. HTH

When I tried it first, I logged on as an existing customer & the page would not load properly- after putting in my postcode it asked me to verify the numbers & letters which were not there on the page. After trying several times I gave up, used my husbands email as a new customer & it was fine. HTH

I couldn't get the numbers either, until I refreshed the page and then could log in.

Everytime I went to add it to the basket though, I keep getting the system error now. Have tried at least 6 times. We have a while yet, so I'll try another day.

I have been trying to order this since yesterday, the free mug shows as a credit in my account but when I go to checkout the price remains £7.99 and no credit is given. I tried for hours yesterday and have now given up, the website is extremely slow and system errors keep happening. This has to be one of the worst websites I have ever used.:( I tried again this morning but still not working and their 'live chat' does not seem to be available, very poor service.
