i had one last try and i think i have done it!

i have signed up with a different email account and when asked my email to claim the voucher i had put in a diff postcode (of parents), but in my delievery details i have put my own (so i actually get it) and it appears to have gone through ok.

at last..


anyone else who has the same problem claiming this maybe what you need to do, sign up with new account as they dont seem to like exsisting customers at all


also the code doesnt show until you go through payment

This is exactly the same for me.

I have finally done it! I registered a new email address and a different postcode on the Truprint site and it all went through fine, seems if going through Snapfish it doesnt work. My OH will be happy with this from our son for fathers day.

Seems to work better with Firefox but keeps redirecting to snapfish then not happy with code!! V frustrating.

If you are having trouble viewing the verification codes to enter (as I did) log in to your truprint account in a new window, then retry in a new window...worked for me!!!:j
