Sorry i might be wrong here, but are you on the snapfish site or truprints site? I know they are similar companies? But it is the Truprint you need to be on. Hope you get it sorted.0 -

Can you see your redeemable code in your account? If so, click on the below for truprints and log in like that? That way you won't get redirected.

the amount still shows full at checkout and i keep getting the same error when i try to checkout.

I don't understand where you are going wrong lol! I've click on my link and logged in and i am still on the truprint site, no redirecting... hmmm... try doing the whole process again but in another email address? Sorry, don't know what else to say. x0 -
