I set up a new account as I have never used them before, got my welcome email
with my offer code.however when placing the order won't accept my code as posted previously I still went through to confirm my order but tried to charge me the full price, so went on live chat and explained they said that I would have to pay the full price then they could credit my account with them back but couldn't do a full refund.Wasn't amused so just cancelled my order.
Well done to those who managed to use the offer tho0 -
Thanks for this OP, thats a lovely Father's Day present sorted for the kids to give to their Granda!January GC: £64.81/£80.00
February GC: £24.60£80.000 -
7 photos uploaded and after 1 hr and 28 minutes i FINALLY got the mug. i ahve done an wedding anniversary montage for my sister but it had to be the worst site ever and run by hewlett -packard makes it even worse. I just hope the mug is worth it after the effort put in. knowing my luck it will be broken when/if it arrives.
the photobox offer was much better and so much easier (20 mins for a 26 page photobook with captions and payment)
anyway thank you op x:T0 -
I've been trying to do this for hours! It wont let me use the code and is £9.98 when I go through to the payment page, so annoyed.0

well, I livechatted again this morning and they advised me to pay and then they would refund the £7.99, there was some confusion and I didn't actually click on the PAY NOW button, yet when I click into my account, I have paid, but have been issued a refund. Strange.0
