Yep the user interface is poor. Especially as the website just shuffles the order of the pictures with no facility to do it yourself. I spent 20 minutes pressing shuffle pictures until they fell into an acceptable order

many thanks op. all went through without a hitch pretty quickly. only issue was remembering to add the photos i wanted to an album before i proceeded to selecting the mug. discount taken fine though in paypal.

There's text saying "photo shuffle" to the right of the mug pic, that will move them around. I gave up on trying to order:embarasse

I received mine today too. Really quick service as only ordered monday evening. Nice mug but picture quality isn't as good as I had hoped. didn't think to go through quidco.
My sister is still trying to get her order through. has anyone managed to get an order through using the code sent via email later on rather than accessing it starightaway?

Mine arrived this morning. Love it apart from the pictures don't go all the way around, I had the backgound dark blue which I thought would colour the whole mug blue but ti doesn't so looks slightly odd. Next time I'll keep it as a white background.
