The free photobook looks great! Has anyone dealt with Hot Prints before? I think I'll give it a try as DH has asked for another one after I got him one of our son last year. Thanks again

Hope everyone ok, we've been spoilt with the weather today, but was very organised and gutted my bedroom, got big bag of clothes ready for ebay, mum had a couple of tops, another bag of clothes going to friends mum for the kids to use for sewing at school.

Even sorted out my toilettires, I'm a hoarder,
these are just a few of my hoards

20 bottles shower gel (full size)
30 mini bottles

10 black mascaras

10 body scrubs

30 various sizes body butter......

Thou a good wack were presents......... courtesy of Boots vouchers and points, and lethal when theirs a sale on Body Shop or we go to their sale shops......

So its now all tidyed up, in baskets and boxes, and no more buying to run out. xx

NickyBo, I havent ordered any yet but they do have a facebook page (linky here) and seem to be very popular. You can order one every month completely free.

Oh eck.........where is everybody :think: Oh well, hello to anyone who is about.
Not that I've got much to say.............just when I thought I'd finished my scrapbook I realised I hadn't put all the info in it............so done that and sorted the duplicates I printed so next one won't have me in such a muddle (she says knowing full well it will..............lol)

Don't know about everyone else but think we were spolit with the weather, hope it doesn't disappear I put a pr of shorts on...... (the sun hides!!).

DD - she went out yesterday to her friends, the dad was helping her to ride her bike, I can't do anything coz of the crutches, dad does a bit, but he gets aches and pains....... not helped by the fact that Bailey will chase a leaf, or bit at blossom at 2 secs notice!!

You know the lectures we all give, behave, wash hands, do what your told etx, be polite........

Yes she was polite........

If u can imagine it, the friends dad had got hold of the handlebar to give dd some stability.....this is dd.

about 2 mins down the road "Uncle Ken we must stop my legs just ache so much"

then turn a corner - dd "oh I must get off the bike I can't possibly do corners can you push it for me then I'll have another go"

Then they come to where the bike needs turning around...... dd "Uncle Ken I must get off the bike I couldn't possibly be expected to turn a bike round"

Then when he tried to move his hand off the handle bar......no.......dd- "Uncle Ken put your hand back now, don't lose me go, I'm famous you know,"
he took the mick out of her and said do you want me to fetch the red carpet -

dd- Oh yes please you mean I could of been riding on a carpet instead of the ups and downs on the pavement"

What cracked them up the most, she does so posh, speaking like the queen, she def doesn't get it from me!!

There haveing her again on Tuesday, must be gluten for punishment!! xx

I've just ordered one, I'm so excited! I've made one just with pictures of my husband with our son and then I can give it to him for Father's day. I spent ages messing around with the layout on each page and changing the photos around, it's really good that you can have it just as you want as I've found the free photobooks often don't let you change the style or order of the photos.

I really hope the photobook looks good, there were lots of happy comments on their Facebook page. Giving one free each month is amazing, plenty of time to stock up on a few as Christmas presents

NIcky - I've done them before, all the difference is, there's a page of advertising on the second page. You can pull it out because it's perforated and no-one will ever know!

I'd forgotten all about them, it must have been 18 months ago, I did that.


DD1's birthday yesterday - 19.:eek: We went out for lunch, sat outside the pub, by the canal, in the sunshine. It was glorious!

We came back, I was all set to right Dooyoo reviews and Internet went off. Couldn't get it to work until lunchtime today. So I haven't done much over the weekend.

I hope everyone is well, and enjoying the sunshine.

Seem to have spent nearly all day on the phone.........
rang BT and got my DD payment reduced:T
reminded mobile company who just sent me a bill that I cancelled with them -they're sending me refund :T
Rang several train companies for prices to get from one sons to the other in a fortnight (thought it would be cheaper than petrol and easier for OH -he's not driven any distance for a while) How much :eek: Rang another and got cheaper fare tried another and got silly answer thing and the chap was rabbiting away so fast I've not a clue what he said...............:mad:
Now OH is saying he'll drive -be cheaper and he won't be over tired - whats he doing now ? Having a doze.............lol:rotfl: Think I'll book the train...............lol

So, nothing else been done except going through paperwork so I can see my desk at last.............:j

Lovely day, sunshine and blue skies but we've got a really chilly wind...........sort of puts me off going in the garden:(
