Mum2one -I dread to think what would pass through your mind if your saw all my clutter 'that might be useful'...........think this year I'll recycle some of it the form of Christmas presents.

Nice surprise today............young lad we used to foster some years ago came and took me out for lunch at the local hotel...............really nice it was and so unexpected.
    Needless to say............nothings been done:rotfl:

    Hi all

Mum2one - seeing Miss Hoodie's things makes me wonder what she'll be like when she's much older - you'll need to build an extension!

Sarah sounds as though Easter at your house is going to be very nice with all those treats.

Mary - glad you had a nice meal.

This evening I need to find some collaged enelopes I made previously - will be needed tomorrow for cash presents.

Have to admit I had planned to make a friend an Easter card and it was on my list for months, but didn't, nor sent her one. Felt too much under pressure with things at home, then ran out of time. Instead I emailed her. Last year she made me the most exquiste card ever, this year she sent me a shop one but very nice.

Oh Bum. I just typed a lovely reply to everyone and it got deleted somewhere along the lines. Oh well - here I go again! LOL

Anglea - not to worry about not doing your friend a card - as she's bought one this year, she's probably stressed as well and will understand.

Glad you had a lovely time today Mary. Don't worry about the other stuff, you need to enjoy yourself - after all, it will still be there tomorrow, worst luck.

Sarah, what did the lads think then? (Dr Who) OH and DD2 watched it, and thought it was rather good. I sat in the kitchen doing a mosaic on a coaster. They take over the TV on Saturdays.

We all watched it, it was quite good really, not too sure what matt smith is going to be like as the doctor but he seems good, he was only really finding himself last night, but he has very big shoes to fill after david tennant. DS2 loved him but DS1 is still making his mind up, although he said he loved his clothes and now wants a tweed jacket, braces and a red bow tie.... Will be hunting the charity shops next week;)

your lucky if you only loose the TV on a saturday, I only get chance to watch what I want when its something everyone else wants to watch or they are all out for the day.

Awww Sarah I love that pic too!!
I was quite impressed with the new doctor, not quite David Tennant, but that could also be because he isn't as yummy!! Strange thing is one of my friends actually has been craving fish fingers and custard, so that made me laugh!! xx

Sarah, The only thing I watch on TV during the whole week is gardeners world on a Friday. I sometimes get to watch Supersize superskinny (when it's on) too if I've been a really good girl! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I hope everyone has had a great Easter weekend.

    Hello all :j
Hope you're enjoying Easter............we've no little kids about so its been nice and quiet.
Set to do get on with my scrapbook and printers run out of ink:mad: Wasn't that long ago I bought it so I'm bit miffed.
Oh well, maybe it means I'll get on with other stuff.
Here's me trying to work to a strict budget for christmas and at this rate these scrapbooks are going to be bloomin' expensive  Still, they'll be a one off so mustn't moan.

OH's put his potatoes in............regular Easter thing...............;)
