I tried to get on Woolworths site last night and it was 'shut down due to being so busy' (or words to that effect). Had another look just now and can't find what I'm after anyway and no sign of any discount offers so I really don't know.
I was hoping to get some plastic mixing bows and other cooking stuff (on a very small scale) for my grandson..........they've got the 'kitchens' but I want a selection of stuff he can actually have a go at rather than pretend.

I had the same message then when I tried last night it wouldn't accept the order.

I have had the most wonderful mse day in Argos....... all on dads credit card!!

I was originally having a new TV for bday, flat screen posh jobbie, but my camera broke:mad:, I've got a TV that works well, just that as its old style (18 yrs old), still works.

Choose a camera for £60, thought very mse, so mum said as Bailey broke your necklace, go and choose one...spend upto £120 on everything....

Whoops - with the camera, half price memory card - yes plz, then the chain I wanted was too thin, so had a posher one -

Then text off mother (met friend for lunch bday treat), get some earrings off Bailey and a pr of dd,

I choose sleepers, £15 - needed some off Bailey, Miss Hoodie choose some with the lady from Argos,

    The total bill

    £205.00:eek:

Got back to the car, gave him his card back and said all sorted, he hasn't asked the price!! x

Given up on Woolworths ........well for now anyway.
Might have to google toys r us or something to see where I can get some child like mixing bowls and stuff for grandson.................unless there's anything at the bootfair tomorrow...........there's a thought (weather permitting)
Just been looking at a site that sells Mock Socks.......socks for mobile phones and stuff.....never heard of it before...............now there's something I could have a go at. Got a pair of purple bed socks someone bought me last year (never wear bed socks) -was going to pass them on as they are but I'm wondering now.....................ummmm........;)

Rufus - my woolies order is due on Monday too. I just checked but I haven't had any confirmation either, but nothing to say it's going to be cancelled. Cashback had tracked at £1.20. I just hope it arrives now.

Fingers crossed for my Marks' order. Apparently they are notorious for cancelling orders too!

My OH's item from Woolies arrived yesterday morning, supposed to be next Friday. Not sure if they are going to give him back the discount tomorrow when the banks are open. Mine still saying processing.

Managed all the clicks this morning and did another review yesterday morning. Off to do some sewing for a bit xx

Well done mum2one on your things, the babies things are gorgeous, my mum used to make them for my twins when they were babies. Nostalgia sets in.

I made some bracelets yesterday which i blogged here , thank you whoopidoo, i joined the jeweelery forum and the inspiration and help was 1st class

My DS failed his practical driving test yesterday, so he`s fed up , it wouldnt be so bad but he had no minors which is un heard of and failed for speeding. Which is his own fault because we keep telling him to slow down. He was doing 50 and when he came to 30 sign he didnt slow down quick enough. He`s not a boyracer, he just drives as fast as the sign says. He upset now because the earliest re-test is end of may.

Mary-op hope your healths improved, the suns shining so it makes us all feel a bit better i think.

And to all my dooyoo friends , I am trying to keep up with reviewing back but I seem to be very slow.xx
