Well done mum2one on your things, the babies things are gorgeous, my mum used to make them for my twins when they were babies. Nostalgia sets in.
The lilac set, the pattern over 40yrs old!

I made some bracelets yesterday which i blogged here , thank you whoopidoo, i joined the jeweelery forum and the inspiration and help was 1st class

My DS failed his practical driving test yesterday, so he`s fed up , it wouldnt be so bad but he had no minors which is un heard of and failed for speeding. Which is his own fault because we keep telling him to slow down. He was doing 50 and when he came to 30 sign he didnt slow down quick enough. He`s not a boyracer, he just drives as fast as the sign says. He upset now because the earliest re-test is end of may.

Mary-op hope your healths improved, the suns shining so it makes us all feel a bit better i think.

And to all my dooyoo friends , I am trying to keep up with reviewing back but I seem to be very slow.xx

so sorry about your son failing his driving test, so stupid of a thing, if you ask anyone who drives if you went from 50 to 30 it be an emergency stop and pile up, sure these instructors don't live in the real world at times.
Remember my 2nd test, the instructor did nothing but scratch his shirt for the whole time. xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

Been so busy organising this weekend, finally found somewhere to hide the kids xmas present before they spied it and wanted it, have sorted the kids room out and put the new curtains up that I made on friday night, got through most of the mountain of washing while its nice, and wrapped a few pressies up for up and coming birthdays.

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend, got a list as long as my arm then some for next week, but main priority is to sort the jobs out with the landlord on monday:mad: they are driving me mad now, if I get no joy with them monday I will be going to housing advice and get them on the case;)

Hi everyone. I have finished my two double bed quilts now and have put photos on the crafting for xmas thread. Going up town later on to meet my friend for a coffee (always say that but dont actually drink coffee but it sounds better than meeting for a hot chocolate lol). Going to pop ex MIL's birthday presents round on the way so that will be all the birthdays given out until May when its my son's. Already have his presents but not wrapped them yet as need some male wrapping paper.

Have a good afternoon everyone xx

Rufus - the quilts are lovely............don't know how you can do all that.....must take a lot of patience.
