LOL Sukysue - Me too! I'll look out for that one, Thanks.

I don't know where I'm going to find the time though, I've been wallpaper stripping for three days straight, and I haven't been on dooyoo for a week. So sorry guys, I will rate them right back until then, but it may take me a few days to catch up with everyone.

    Hello all :j

elysia - I bought an Acer laptop from Comet last year.........fingers crossed......so far so good

Well, been and had ears checked...........seems they're really blocked so its 2 weeks of olive oil and some tablets to stop the dizziness then back to have them syringed...............then I ventured into town......first time for ages. Charity shops didn't have a lot but I got 5 voile gift bags for 99p, music mug 49p and a metal bookmark with beads on 99p so didn't think that was bad.
Then went to the craft shop, drooled over some card and ended up buying some and when I got home used it to cover foster daughters recipe index box. Now I've run out of glue..................ain't there always something;)
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Well after a horrendus day dealing with DELL I have nothing but praise for tesco's they have given me a brand new laptop and will take up the matter with Dell themselves as they have said they have had numerous problems with some of the DELL Laptops sold in store.

So I now have a brand new TOSHIBA (Tescos had no DELL in stock, oh what a shame LOL) with Windows 7 :j so just having a play around with it and redoing all my fav's.

Hope everyone is having a great day. Take care

nice one sarah. I got my dell from tesco and after a few weeks the charger wasnt charging, dealt with dell through their site and within a few days I got a new one sent. this now means I can use both chargers to keep the power going but only one charges. I have one upstairs and one downstairs lol

    Arrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I've just had a panic!!! I received an email in portguese saying they were going to make a withdrawal from my account. Gave transaction ID's and everthing. I haven't used any cards on internet lately. My cards have been used abroad (without me) several times, so I've panicked and checked out all my accounts in minute detail.

It turns out the withdrawal is not from my account but theirs. Being in portguese I couldn't tell precisely. LOL. It turns out I won £10 on the tiki free game (jackpot joy) and the money has gone INTO my paypal account.

Thank goodness for that! I can calm down now.

The Same thing happened to my Dell, so I also had 2 chargers, well I ended up with 3 in the end and 2 batteries of them, thats on top of 4 new hard drives and 2 new mother board and all the rest they replaced , I couldn't fault the laptop really before it went wrong, It was more their customer service or should I say Lack of it:mad: I spent 2 hours yesterday trying to speak to someone in customer services but only managed TECH support and some woman on a reception desk:( but thankfully TESCO's has fantastic customer services and they sorted it out within a 15 min telephone call.

It wasn't very money saving though LOL as I walked round tesco's while the lady checked the ref number and spoke to her manager about what to do as they had no DELL computers in stock, and spent a fortune on things I didn't really need.

But did get easter eggs for 97p each so have all my easter pressies now apart from the HM ones.
