First day of the month and I'm still at £0. Although I did just find a new charity shop on my way to work - one that's moved to larger premises - so more stock

Thankfully it was closed as it was before 9am ;)

In tesco I put down the dress and the two pairs of trouser I don't need. Yes, they were in the sale but they weren't as cheap as the poster suggested so I put them back.

    Well done, Knitty.

I haven't spent anything yet, but only because i haven't been into any shop that sells clothes.

I don't know how I'll react when i meet real temptation. Finding something i like in several colours has always been my downfall - i was a "one-of-each" spender.

:mad:Nasty MR Deb sent me a letter today with a £5 voucher if I spend £30 as not spent anything with them for a while(the store being in a different mall to the main shops)
it also said if I don't use the card by the end of feb thay will cancel it:mad:

so as they obviously don't need my custom as OH said say goodbye to it:money:we did use it a lot when boys were small to get money off (spent ages before paying as vouchers then were so much off per £ and had lots of different values....not sure if they are still like that
nails starting to chip so with OH away tonight will try a new colour

Ok ladies quick question, can you/would you wear navy and orange together??

I have a navy pencil skirt, navy shoes (which I've just re-cycled from strapped to slip on - I actually snapped the strap trying to get them on, was too lazy to open then) and a navy bag. I've never worn them as couldn't find much that went but I tried them on with an orange v-neck jumper and it looks rather nice, I also have an orange bag if navy is too much. I don't want to get laughed at in the street, advice please!

Why not? Anything goes and the main thing is that you think it looks nice.
Sounds a bit different, you'll probably start a trend.

Got myself a bargain bag (was in desparate need of one) today at £7, which leaves me with £173 for the rest of the year.... also being doing suverys with tonula and waiting on around £45 of love to shop vouchers... so think i'm gonna come in well under budget this year
