a black and white animal print shift dress £5.75
a silk spotted Jaeger skirt £2.99
a Lux (urban outfitters) short sleeve black cotton jumper with cut away back £2
and a windcheater, very mod in black and red check, scottish £4.
But even more amazingly than that... I have just checked my email after a week away and a magazine company have contacted me to say that I have won a £1,500 wardrobe!!!!!!!!!! I am in shock, it is one year to the month that I started the £100 crazy dress challenge, and now I am getting designer gear worth 15 years worth of dress challenge! I am touching wood, hoping it is not a hoax, and will update when I know more. My sister thinks it is a gift from the universe for being so frugal with my clothes for a year.

Not expecting makeup ... just hoping you didnt spot that cleverly concealed last digit
No, not really those days are well & truly over - 3 years worth of clothes challenge cash on one item ? - NEVER
I would be really tempted by the fab suede biker jacket & the fake leopard fur coat & even attempted to log in to my online account  but the cumulative anit-temptation powers of clothes challengers seems to have blocked my memory & I couldnt remember my password so I am saved - thank you all :T0 -
now managed to buy a replacement bra for the lovely fantasie one thta is sadly discontinued, they only had white tho, from figleaves(do items bought online count??:rotfl:also bought a freya rio,had them before and v tight band,so bad had to take it off after a few painful hours and am now wearing my old(wrong size)one!
my pet hates are buying shoes and bras as they never seem to fit properly:(...even tho I was measured.....am not even counting bras as they are an essential item but am going to be good and not buy any more now I have the 3 basic colours(except maybe a beige t shirt bra for my holiday)
OH now agreed to holiday in Tenerife(Tesco deals)BUT the job he was suppossed to do on the weekend of the 9/10 may now be changed to a different date so can't book yet:(....he has said they have to decide by the 1st Sep so will know by then if going on the 2/10 or 16/10...can't wait after all the rain this week, never been before so hope the weather is good.
p.s did I miss something about Lulas flying jacket?just noticed tiny blue writing about the 80s on her post, was I being a bit dumb thinking the jacket was £32???????????0 -

Sadly you were taken in by Lula's cunning plan to hide the zeros in a different coloured font.
Unfortunately for her, I'm chief misery guts and quite frankly if I can't spend £350 on a lovely new jacket then nobody can....:pI've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills

went to town as garden too wet to work in(my excuse!)all I bought in the clothes line was a pair of shorts reduced to £5 at marks.
I did try a lovely top in JL,forgot the brand name ?morgan? but so annoying as the XL size was too small........I take a 36 bra so now way am I bigger than XL,ridiculous sizing.
I went to Kew but did not give in to sale temptation:A:A:A......only bought the shorts for my holiday as mine are really grotty after 3 years wear0 -
 Rats.
Just found another receipt I'd forgotten about for £2.48. Bought another 2 tops in CS. A teal (my fave colour at the mo) long-sleeved top and a vest top to go under it as it was a bit low cut!
Total therefore £101.07...........and I'm out of here........
However, I was counting all my purchases for this challenge, whatever they were intended for (and shoes!). If I had disregarded work clothes then I would still be at about £25!
I've enjoyed doing this challenge as I never really spent a lot on clothes but wanted to know how much I did spend IYSWIM. If it's OK by you lovely people I would like to keep going and see how much I actually spend by the end of the year. MSE is helping me in so many ways this year, just wish I had joined earlierIt's made me realise that I'm not organised when it comes to money and have no idea what's going out of my account and when.
This challenge and the NSD thread have been so much fun.
Thankyou Lula

Hi everyone, I have quite a lot to declare - 2 cardigans to replace the one I lost earlier in the challenge (ok technically one would have done but they were both so cute!) 3 vest tops, a pair of grey leggings I've been wanting for ages and a couple of tunic tops to wear over them. Luckily they were all from Primarni (some were even in the sale!) so my total spends only came to £22.50. Yay for new clothes!Barclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0
