Dorastar welcome to the thread - a HHC is a half hour challenge - you do as much of the list in half an hour with a timer as possible. It's good for motivation as it's amazing how much you can do in a focused half hour. For more abbreviations, have a look at the first post on the thread.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

example "why do you need to see the doctor?" from the non-medically trained receptionist.
To be fair, when I was trained (by my dad) as a doctor's receptionist, I was told to ask politely for a reason, just in case a. it was something that was more urgent than the patient realised (like... I'm a fat stressed middle-aged male smoker with chest pains ), b. it was something that they shouldn't come in for (a cold/swine flu...) or c. something that could be scheduled further in advance. It also helped to work out whether to book a single or double appointment. We also tried to keep infectious and patients with compromised immunity away from each other as much as possible, but that comes with knowing the patients well.
Then again, i was told by a consultant's secretary that my brain scan 'looked OK to her' when I called for my results a few years ago (the consultant was on holiday and hadn't checked it yet), so I know where you're coming from!
If only everyone was confident of the value that they personally add in their specific job, they'd be much happier... and if you want to be something different, go for it!
OK - kitchen cleared, washing up drying, DW on again. I really need to leave in the next hour, but still haven't packedI wonder if I can get myself sorted AND the DW emptied, drying up done etc in that time... doubt it somehow...
