I only use 1/2 cup sugar in Black Saturns Fruit Cobbler and it's sweet enough.Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0

Made the wetabix cake last night and it had all gone by supper time. It was lovely. We toasted the last two slices, and it tasted like tea cakes. Delicious!!0

I recommend the eggless chocolate buns - excellent for parties with some chocolate buttercream or melted choc on top. The Norfolk Vinegar Cake is a lovely old fashioned family cake. You can vary the fruit in it too.
PM me if you need any more egg-free advice:) HTH
edit: just noticed another eggless cake recip from Aussielass here

I've made this cake a couple of times this week... it is very popular!!
I found it far too sweet with 1 cup of sugar, so reduced it to half a cup. Much better and healthier!0 -
Mines in the oven. Fingers crossed. I've been grown up helper for my 4 and 1 year old boys and now my kitchen looks like a flour mill!! Better go clean with my stardrops!!
