    I have one in the oven - checked it after 40 mins of the cooking time only to find it wasnt cooking really... so have upped the temp a bit and put it back... seems like it's going to be good though, if it ever cooks! haha.

    Better go check it actually...

    I'm the worlds worst cook and don't know when I last attempted a cake (apart from out of a packet and that was disaster) but this looks to be so easy that even I could have a go..........and I'm seriously tempted to have a go.:j

  • in case you want to try this like i am going to....
    Weetabix is £3 for a box of 72 in asda at the moment.
    Thanks for the recipe, i am not the worlds best cook.

    I am probably alone here, but I thought the weetabix cake was horrible. My ds has gone off weetabix after eating it exclusively for breakfast for 16 years. I am feeding it to the rabbit. He seems to like it at least.
