Really dont know what to do? Have heard of other companies that conduct business in a similar way but never heard of this company before so very wary! Suppose I can just have a chat with them and see what they are offering!0

Have been doing a bit of research and it appears that aquisition services tend to work this way and some are legit, just dont know if this company is one of them. I dont know we can take the risk...0

Have you searched this site to see how many people have been scammed by these companies?
If your house is saleable an estate agent will sell it and take a fee afterwards0 -
A search on the internet will show you that many people have complaints with this company together with many others of the same ilk.
Someone said that if something sounds too good to be true it usually is0 -
Wouldn't be surprised if they just hand over a wad of cash because someone tells them what they want to hear. As previous posts will confirm, there really is one born every minute.0

Do you mean Choices.co.uk ?
They quote "No Estate Agent Fees ... we have thousands of investment buyers on our data base who pay us to find them property" which is very different to the discussion here about scams where the seller is charged an upfront fee.Every generation blames the one before...
