Comet3 I thought CAB told you this was a 99% scam you said in your previous post?0
-
The chap at the CAB said it sounded like a scam to him, but when he looked it up on their records, SYH4F actually came up as a legal company....
He however still felt that by what we had told him, they were a scam.....
We contacted a consumer company and were told to send SYH4F a letter asking to be told the full details of our sale. We did this, and then got back the letter saying addressee moved away.....0 -
Hi Comet3 Yes they are a REGISTERED company but what does that mean Nothing apparently. Do you have the other address :
Mustapha Yilmaz
Legals
50 Broadway
St James Park
London
SW1H ORG
Better still : This building is the Regus Business Centre. Their number is 0870 351 9438 or you can try 0207 152 4000. confirm if they are still renting office space in the building as you want to send a recorded letter as I did back in early january and they were there then but I have a feeling they have moved from there also. Would save you time and postage if you checked it out.
These people have no scrupples, qualms, nothing really. Good luck. They will just ignore it. Ring Ring Ring until they are sick. :j0 -
Hi guys, seems like they have actually bolted now. Cant get through on any of the phone lines (0845 4670310, 0845 4670350), they are not connected anymore. Good luck in getting your money back. I will certainly not go down this route again and decided to market my property with as many agents as possible with a more competitive asking price.0

here's another fishy one, registered only last month
abcpropertybuyers.co.uk0 -
had a quick scan at these. They seem fine, are not charging the customer selling the property any money at all, only offering 70 - 90% of value of property. Plenty people out there doing this sort of thing. Not asking for a penny doesnt seem to be a scammer to me. Barking up the wrong tree. These are not sell your house for free. They seem to have dissappeared probably due to the investigation by trading standards allbeit too late for some of us to get our money back :mad:0

Ashamed & angry to say I too was conned back in October 09. Sending 1% to their HSB bank account, which I suspect will have been changed by now, like their address. After checking on internet they had only been trading 1 month, & Property Solutions only 18 months, so no accounts were available.
On request of previous properties sold, I was told to contact Conrad Hynes at Nation Wide estate agents,on their site the contact tel. no. turned out to be Property Solutions!!! What a bag of worms!! I have read all posts & will get intouch with Trading Standards & we'll try & get these !!!!!!!s stopped.0 -
what's going to happen now? I guess they've taken the money and ran and we can do nothing about it? has anyone gottne anywhere with the police or anyone helping to get our money back? i call all the numbers and no one is answering them. they have def. left. probably in dubai right now drinking fine wine and laughing at us.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:0

I did exactly the same as you except I parted with money. The phone lines are now dead, the website's down and they are not even answering emails. My completion date was supposed to be yesterday (nearly six months after first applying).
According to Companies House they are still trading at the same address - Dalton House in London.
DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGES POLE!!!0
