I contacted this company after seeing there ad many times in THE SUN newspaper, thought a big organisation like that may have did a bit research to see the quality and integrity of its advertisers, or I may be wrong?

I am reasonbly sure that a newspaper won't run many (or any) checks on an advertiser. They might run a credit checking/company search to ensure it's a real company, but possibly not even that if the advertiser pays up-front.

They would have somebody who looks over the adverts, but that would only be checking that it's not advertising anything outright illegal/immoral, and probably advising advertisers if it might breach the ASA codes.

Hi all, im in process of being scammed by this lot after having paid my 1%, the buyers on to his 3rd lot of solicitors but ive been given a date for completion which will probably never arrive, but ive just had a thought, I contacted this company after seeing there ad many times in THE SUN newspaper, thought a big organisation like that may have did a bit research to see the quality and integrity of its advertisers, or I may be wrong?
It might be worth contacting the Sun's advertising department and pointing them at this thread.

    handyman1970:

You may find the buyer's solicitor is an employee or business associate of SYH4FREE. Do you know the name and address of the buyer? Don't post them on this forum, just state whether you have them or not.

Just a thought: presumably by now SYH4Free are aware of this thread (it does rank highly in Google) and there is nothing stopping them registering here to post supposed "success stories"...
