I've been checking the progress of my claim online. It says my claim was recieved on the 14th December and will be processed within 21 days, but hasn't been yet. I know it'll probably take a wee while longer though with the holidays, but will it update on the site first, or will the money just appear in my account?

i have still to get mine ...dont htink i filled it in right either though ...it only gives you one option to claim for so i chose the train ...i do take the train most of the time but i dont buy a season ticket (or whatever they are called) cause i sometimes take my car (depending on if i am working or not) ...so i claimed for the five days at the train travel price but have been told this was the wrong thing to do ...i wish it gave you more than one option

I get a bus and a train to uni, and it let me put them both in.

Anyone had theirs yet? Still no sign of mine. I'm thinking that they only went back after being off since Dec 23rd today. So hopefully will be in tomorrow!

Everyone I know who applied is still waiting. Hopefully it will be in by the end of the week, a nice wee top up to the student loan installment that's due on Thursday :)

My pal is just off the phone to SAAS and was told she should expect to wait another 10 days for payment. Bit of a joke for people needing to buy their travelcard this week, and also unfair that she applied the same day as others who received payment within days. Poor show SAAS!

For those needing to buy a travelcard, the loan/bursary comes in on the 7th, surely that would cover it. To be honest, I'm grateful I get any travel covered, I know I'll get my money soon enough.
