    The front page has this:-

If your vehicle has been immobilised please call our office to make payment!

Does that mean he is clamping without a SIA permit?

Before the site changed he was advertising for vehicle immobilisers too.

Sounds like it's turning into more of a criminal scam to me, hiding behind a Bridgend mail-drop address and a web page.

The log-in link now works. It directs you to a box asking for you car-reg and a "notice" number.

This what will happen to Ash and his knuckle-dragging cronies if they try that now, even before the new regulations on clamping come in:

    http://www.thisisstaffordshire.co.uk/news/Raid-hero-guilty-illegal-clamping/article-236381-detail/article.html

    http://www.thisisstaffordshire.co.uk/news/Clamper-ordered-repay-victims/article-1511243-detail/article.html

Do you reckon Ash and this low-life are related, there are so many similarities?!

Colin Drew, mitigating, yesterday told District Judge Sanders that Watson and his wife have been receiving threats on websites and that his van had been vandalised.
Sounds like a good thing to me :D not that I advocate doing that sort of thing (at least not getting caught :rotfl:).
He told Watson: "It seems to me after your previous convictions when you transferred your business into your wife's name you were always putting yourself at risk at that stage of incurring the displeasure of the security industry.
Changing name of business owner to try make it look like you have nothing to do with it, seems familiar.
It is clear you retained a clear involvement in the company.
A judge with a bit of common sense.

All in all I think he got off *VERY* lightly.

@ anewman - You might be interested in the comment that now appears at the bottom of the Home page apparently relating to your activities?

"Note to site users, after the recent criminal activity of Mr. Alan Newman who breached our security and hacked our web server to change the website content. Can we rest assure to all clients and people who have received a PCN notice that no confidential data was compromised during the breach. Should you have any concerns regarding this please rest assure the matter is currently under investigation by Greater Manchester Police. Please contact R.Stuart regarding this on 08452692084"
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

I missed that too, would suggest anewman gets in contact with them as that is defamortory but they have no clue anyway. He legitamately paid for the domain. Also anewman did you register your name for WHOIS? if not then how come someone has released your details?

Also we know he is lying about a complaint to GMP as he would have been notified that the domain was bought when he reregistered it, dont like the way he implies though that R.Stuart is the officer in the case
