That or the person terminating the appointment has done so with the mistaken belief it protects her from the long arms of the law.VoucherMan wrote: »Somebody has been upsetting the 'boss'0 -

Which is a shame considering I'd organised a lease for the domain name for a facilities management company I know last week, and was waiting for a cheque from them to confirm.Dear Sir,
I am writing with regards to the domain name uk-facility-services.co.uk which is currently registered to Alex Threlfall.
We have received a claim that this domain name was cancelled in error as the correct authority had not been received. We are currently investigating this claim, and will contact you again when we have established the situation. However, if this claim is correct, we will have to act to correct the registration by transferring it back to the original registrant.
This email is therefore to put you on notice that this name is under investigation and that, while this is occurring, we will not accept any transfer or amendment requests in respect of the name. We would also suggest that you do not enter into any arrangement to sell the name to a third party, as we may have to withdraw the name.
We apologise for this situation and will attempt to resolve this as soon as possible.
I trust that this clarifies our position however should you wish to discuss this matter with me, please feel free to call on 01865 332244.
Regards,
James Middleditch

You could let them take it to the international appeals commitee for disputes of websites which when I looked it up the other day costs the person contesting £3000 according to wikipedia0

Wonder if it's another of his ex-bouncer [STRIKE] thugs [/STRIKE] buddies0 -
I think you may have missed off the REAL news:
25/01/10 APPOINTMENT TERMINATED, DIRECTOR ASHFORD SHERIDAN-WOODMy very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Just searched to see if anyone called "Robert Stuart" has an SIA licence and surprise surprise there is no one showing up under that name on the SIA register. It's probably another of Ashford's dodgy mates.
How can they get away with changing directors so frequently?0 -
Actually that's a stupid question, they seem to be able to get away with anything.0

Just wondering that if I complain against/ sue this company for their harassment and unfair practices, would the change of directorship impede/ influence the process?
Check these links if you want to know about my case:

Someone called Robert Stuart with a Preston postcode has 3 directorships and appears to have a wife called Louise. This Robert could be unconnected I suppose though.UsagiYojimbo wrote: »Just searched to see if anyone called "Robert Stuart" has an SIA licence and surprise surprise there is no one showing up under that name on the SIA register.
