lol found out Lupus-Systems is associated with a company called sdd solutions.The name Lupus-Systems came up as part of their website on a google search. funny thing is the website sdds.co.uk points to another IT company called J&EIT and since I found them they have put up a notice saying they are launching a new site soon!! you can still see the old site and the developer must be the same guy that CES hired the contact us page uses -'s to space out the site!! lol. Just highlight all the text and you'll see what I mean.

Hope some of their clients see this! I know I'd be looking for my money back and a new developer

I hope the designer has bothered to take out Professional Indemnity Insurance as he could need it if any of his clients eg CES decide to sue him for any losses they have incurred and efficacy.

Judging by the hotmail address I suspect there may be no PI cover in place although luckily for them they do seem to be a limited company.

It's nice to see the trading standards (Albeit just a local branch) excersising a little common sense.

His last point that if you really don't want motorists to park you would put up really large signs at the entrance but that these types of companies don't do this as the clamping is an income generator.

It's odd how the private parking and clamping trade attracts a certain type of person.

There is a good chance the clamper they have nicked will be prosecuted for money laundering and / or tax avoidance as it's a cash business
